If I could do 10 out of 5 stars I would. This hotel has really welcoming service and 10 out of 5-star views on the Tepoztlán city and mountain range.

Fantastic! Stayed for the weekend for a romantic getaway. Best service, helped me organise special treats, in-room massage therapy experience, dinner.

We spent 3 nights at Las Casas B&B at the start of January 2026 and we loved our stay! The hospitality couldn't have been better.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was taken care of for us. The customer service was excellent. César Robles was our main point of contact and he did an outstanding job.

This place is magical! The staff is warm and inviting and the koi ponds, gardens, Buddhas and murals as well as the overall decor are conducive to complete relaxation. Absolutely reccomend!

Hacienda Cortes is a beautiful, historic property with a hotel and spa. The gardens and restaurant are gorgeous.

We were guests at a wedding that was celebrated there and it was fantastic! From the ceremony to the party, everything was phenomenal, the ambience was fantastic and the food was unparalleled!

It is a place to rest, the staff is very helpful, the food is highly recommended, the facilities have a great design, the furniture is comfortable, the bed and pillows are the maximum!.

A stunning, tropical escape with lush surroundings and a team that made us feel like absolute royalty.

Sumiya is a wonderful hotel because of its green areas, which makes it special. The food is good, and the Sunday lunch buffet is exceptional. It's still being renovated, so I assume it will improve.

We travel globally and this was one of best boutique stays we’ve had — service is on par with (and better than some) 5-star hotels.

It's a great place to stay. Close to the downtown of Tepoztlán. They serve a very good breakfast and the rooms are well set.

Casa Tepoztlán was a much needed change of pace for me and my family. We relaxed in a beautiful, lush environment filled with natural light, greenery, a well-kept pool, and lots of fresh fruit.

Everything with the place and the reservation was excellent, as well as the attention of the staff who received it and were willing to clarify any questions.

I still vividly remember my college trip to Cuernavaca with Canisius College, a trip that took us to Hotel La Joyita, a boutique gem tucked away in the lush gardens of the city.

Great for a weekend near Six Flags and Centro Vacacional IMSS. Important to note the entrance is on the main drag, between two grocery stores and the sign is a bit easy to miss.

Great place to stay in rooms are big and very clean shower always has hot water and great service the owner is very friendly and attentive the have a very nice big pool, is quite and a lot of places

The service is very good, you are very kind. The pool is cold but you can ask for it to heat up the jacuzzi, and you will spend well, you can ask for any drink to pass the time.
