The hacienda is a paradisíaco place, very well restored with large gardens and recobecos to admire. Best of all is the friendly service of the employees.

It'S a magical place. It feels a lot of peace. Good service. Excellent treatment of collaborators. A place to enjoy and relax.

The Place is beautiful, lovely gardens and lovely hallways all very well kept, the cleanliness spotless and the people really are there to help you. We went to lunch almost everything was perfect only that on Sunday they have buffet and we wanted specific dishes of the menu, if we were served to the letter only it took a little to serve but I think it is understandable. My son's saucer wore bacon according to the letter and they didn't serve it until I told them that was the only detail I didn't like. From there on out all very well.

Hacienda converted into a luxurious hotel, nice and quiet atmosphere, colonial-style. Facilities comfortable, clean and spacious. Personal and warm service, breakfast buffet varied.

The place is very nice to relax and rest, all the staff very attentive and friendly, the pools are aclimatizadas very quiet, I would definitely return I would recommend for weddings the views and the space are great.

It is beautiful the rooms are large and spacious very well arranged cozy the huge bathroom, the beautiful gardens, lots of vegetation, can go out, the pool is very large and always has the water warm, in the restaurant the service is very good are very Attentive and exceptional cuisine, they make a delicious sweet potato mash and are famous for their Sunday brunch.
Without a doubt it is worth staying here.

A magical place! The former hacienda is converted into a very nice place to visit! The brunch is excellent! It has everything from roasted meat (after 10:30 am) The cost is $350 per person and believe me, it's worth it. They will definitely get their best photos in this place.

The common areas of the hotel are nice and with open spaces. The food in the restaurant is frozen (and bad) and the room very small. There is no good price/quality ratio.

Beautiful hotel. The colonial architecture and restoration is amazing. Very busy on weekends as it is a popular wedding venue. The rooms are exquisitely furnished. You'll feel transported to a long gone past. Part of the complex is under renovation as it was damaged during the earthquake.

It is not ugly the place, it is well cared for and also has the added charm of being a very old original building, damaged in some parts, unfortunately, by the earthquake of September 2017. What I did not like was the access to the place. To arrive by night to there, by taxi, coming from another city, makes that during the trip you ask three or four times if it was really a good idea to have gone…

The hotel la located in a small town y Morelos, México. This town is called Xochitepec antes it's not too difficult ti get there. They hace lots of different rooms ans prices a pretty competitive for a 5 Star Hotel. It's got an spa, Swimming Pool, lots of beautiful gardens, a Little church and lots of other services.

Beautiful Hotel! A whole hacienda without a doubt. I really enjoyed taking pictures here. However, I also wanted to buy tickets for the end of the year dinner and your organization in that aspect is not very good. I could not pay not to know what table and seat I will have, I think that having taken care of that logistical detail is basic and would have been the difference.
The hotel is excellent to spend in weekend, it's another atmosphere!

What a spectacular property. The grounds and architecture rival some of the finest hotels I've seen. The landscaping is splendidly manicured and the buildings are breathtaking. Service is unfortunate and lacking sincerity and compassion. Employees are plentiful, but mostly standing around chatting and laughing. There is not a guest-centric culture as far as I can tell. I am used to friendly and smiling service professionals who are eager to help… not here. Upon arrival around 7pm on a Wednesday, all restaurants were closed and the hotel seemed vacant. Lights off and no service staff to be found. No directions for parking or reception. The main pool is closed unexpectedly (one of our main reason for booking) and the villa pool is quite dirty. The service improved slightly on Thursday, when more guests seemed to arrive. I notice there is a lot of clutter in service areas and haphazardly placed furnishings. There seems to be a need for improved quality control, consistency and leadership. The property's interiors seem incomplete with the exception of the restaurant terraces. Overall a lovely property with room for improvement. Overall, amazing… but would love to see improved service quality.

Amazed of this place, it is a Hacienda Hotel, which is located next to the Tec de Monterrey, Campus Cuernavaca. The breakfast in the restaurant are wonderful. Great place to come and take pictures. Access is difficult from the road, but worth it too. It is a jewel, in fact it is within the list of treasures of Mexico.
