Guest opinions on service are divided. Many praise the staff for their friendliness, smiles, and willingness to help, noting excellent service in certain areas. However, there have been complaints regarding slow waiters who may ignore requests or take a long time to bring the bill or drinks, as well as communication issues with staff when coordinating check-in times. There were also mentions of instances where a manager refused to meet guests to resolve an issue regarding food quality.

The hotel offers breakfast and lunch in buffet style, as well as à la carte service. The breakfast buffet is described as diverse, delicious, and reasonably priced (from 300 to 350 pesos), featuring dishes such as pancita, barbacoa, and chilaquiles. However, reviews of the food are contradictory: some guests are delighted by the traditional flavors, while others complain about the simplicity of the dishes or even spoiled meat (chicken) that had an unpleasant odor. Cases of cold food being served when ordering from the menu were also noted.

The Wi-Fi signal at the hotel is rated as unsatisfactory. Guests report that the connection is poor in several areas, including the reception area and some of the rooms, which may be inconvenient for those requiring constant connectivity.

The rooms are generally described as comfortable, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning. However, guests have reported serious technical shortcomings: in some rooms (No. 4 and No. 5), annoying repetitive sounds are audible in the ceiling, and in one room, the bathroom ceiling leaked during rain. There were complaints about unpleasant sewage smells in the bathroom, the presence of insects, and even rodent droppings in areas under construction. It is also worth noting that single rooms may not have a television.

Cleanliness at the hotel evokes mixed feelings. On one hand, the common areas and gardens are described as well-maintained and beautiful. On the other hand, guests complained about incomplete cleaning upon arrival, such as trash remaining in the bins, as well as the presence of insects in the bathroom. In some parts of the complex, there are visible signs of neglect or lack of maintenance.

There are two outdoor pools on the premises. Guests note that the water is cold, and one of the pools appears somewhat neglected and requires more attention to maintenance.

Finca Las Isabeles possesses a very beautiful, magical, and peaceful atmosphere, which has been compared to the Chiapas style or "Alice in Wonderland." The abundance of greenery, gardens, fountains, and the presence of animals (such as peacocks) make it an excellent place for family vacations, walks, and photoshoots. Guests appreciate the opportunity to relax, work in silence, or hold celebratory events, such as golden wedding anniversaries.

Glitches in the booking system have been noted. One guest reported difficulties with confirming a reservation, lengthy correspondence regarding payment, and a situation where the hotel initially did not see the paid deposit upon arrival, despite proof of payment being provided.
