I loved the place, it is a combination between living museum, park, hotel and spa.
It is a historical place and has several recognitions.
This hotel definitely has the potential to compete with others globally. There is so much to see, so much to try, and you feel in the air the colonial and architectural touch of Hispanic Mexico.
Definitely if you visit Morelos, you have to know this hotel. You can easily stay all day inside the hotel and not get bored.
In short, the same hotel is art.

Spectacular bar restaurant, inside a building of 1530, which before was a real Hacienda. Today the spaces remain, converted into a bar, restaurant and hotel. The most spectacular thing is the vegetation that invades the ancient halls. Prices are higher than average but still great, the staff are very nice.

It's always a pleasure to spend the afternoon there and eat something delicious. You can't go and stop trying the sunset crepes.

The hacienda is very nice and with plenty of space, there is a fountain that with the night lights stands out and captivates. The building is ancient and mixes with nature in a spectacular way. The temple reflects a warmth and serenity for the events.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever met, it has the perfect mix between, nature, historical enclosure and luxury… it's fascinating to walk all over the place, the food spectacular, the service excellent! The only flaw it has is a bad coffee, but otherwise it's worth a lot, it's a beautiful place full of magic! It is ideal to relax:)

It's a real shame that a place like this has such a bad restaurant and so expensive. The restaurant is in a beautiful place, the décor is superb and the hotel in general is a real gem. But the food is ordinary and no joke, and at prices that have nothing to do with the sad reality.

Very Good breakfast buffet, but the hotel is very sloppy in its infrastructure. Because of the importance it has culturally and the cost it has should be in better condition.

The good: almost everything. The facilities are very well maintained, they maintain the feeling of hacienda. The food was very good and that was buffet-particularly the Mexican.
The bad: The pressure of the water in the room is poor, it is very difficult to bathe. The staff is friendly but they are not willing to give a lot of themselves. Specifically the spa — we asked to be supported with multiple guests spa at the end of an event and they did not want it was their departure time.

Beautiful, peaceful, and good service. Our visit was brief but we had the pleasure of enjoying several of the great installations and facilities this Hacienda has to offer. Great for a getaway or a short holiday.

This place is beautiful I did not stay there I had dinner there the restaurant really is a five star service.

It's an old place that has been adapted to look like a new place, that's why I do not like it coz it's an old place and it's fine being one. Not trying to be something else.

He place incredible, but hired the service of makeup and hairstyle in the spa, as attended to a wedding and was LOUSY the makeup, by wanting to makeup to all them invited not you put the attention enough, it make fast and without care and it worse that not seemed that you had makeup, of the daily.
the hairstyle is dropped at the time. Do not hire this service, better aesthetics on the outside.
The buffet, very expensive is better to order a la carte.

The only thing bad of the night was the Valley parking.

I just be three nights at hotel Hacienda de Cortés with my family from Monday 21-Thursday 24 and we spent the worst experience of my life in a supposedly 5-star hotel, I commented:
1) to begin we hired two adjoining rooms and ask frontdesk key to open the door that connects them, never gave no such key, only excuses, apparently they did not find it.
(2) the pool was a good temperature if we were in Greenland, and have two "Jacuzzi" next to the pool, but children manage as "wading pool" or as adults we have to endure with take only baths of Sun, (with so much space that have already they may have been worried about making a pool "single adult", as in other hotels of best prestige. )
(3) the hotel "gives" slippers of cloth (in truth van included in the price) only had to size 5 just for my wife, but my two hijotes and I stayed without slippers, when we require him to the maid by larger only told us that he had not and… garlic and water.
(4) food from the buffet in the open air, mosqueados and sunny, and for the price… or want to give to eat at this buffet.
(5) the food a la carte are very expensive for what they offer, imagine that for 2 burgers, 2 Tequila, 1 whiskey and 1 caprese salad were over $600 dollars and with a bad and slow service.
6) have an elevator for the disabled that does not work, then for that to do?
(7) they use as drying in the Sun gardens in full Holy week, towels and bed linen.

It is a slightly high prices, however you must take into account that it is a rather striking, elegant place by its walls and its history. The food is good and they have a service as any other side. Pretty good for a family day because, besides there are several places where you can go, various areas to see and indeed some things of Museum. Definitely a very cool place.

I went to try their Buffet breakfast and it is excellent. It is probably not the most varied but each of the corridors was very tasty. As for the hotel, the facilities are gorgeous and excellently maintained.
