The facilites are amazing BUT the “breakfast included” is a scam… they trick you with a coupon that is valid worth for coffee and breakfast (continental never specified until you are standing in line) with an option to upgrade for 20usd more… sneaky way to suck some more bucks from you… I expected something more from this high-end hotel.

A really beautiful hotel. Japanese style, has rivers around the resort. It's relaxing like few places. It's quite complicated to get there, the signage is poor. The rooms are cool, the beds are very comfortable and the internet meets most of the time. Spectacular, it's in the stensily for more time inside.

Nice hotel, rooms quite normal for the category. The attention of the management is dire, three people in the room and only give two complimentary breakfasts, they charge you 50 pesos for the bottle of water that is in the toilet to wash the teeth. The Wi-Fi is paid for and with very poor coverage. Summary, a nice place, a bad experience.

This is the second time staying here. The first time was excellent. The second not so much. The noise was terrible. The had a party on the lawn outside or room, that had loud music going till midnight. The breakfast was fantastic, and of course the gardens and setting are beautiful. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable.

Its gardens are really beautiful, all the green areas are amazing. The rooms are decorated in an austere and sober way, although I think it lacks a bit of maintenance as the hotel is a bit old. Food acceptable… I think it's a weekend place… Nothing else.

The hotel is very nice, actually the rooms are renewed but the service is below average, the food is very bad and overpriced. You don't get any courtesies, either Internet access, nor coffee or even a small bottle of water. The pool in winter is very cold and they don't want to turn on the boiler, unfortunately this could be the worst Camino Real Hotel, we will never come back, is a shame being a very nice hotel design.

Beautiful Architecture and Gardens. A real food for the spirit. Excellent Rooms, comfortable bed, nice smell of wood. Expensive and mediocre Food. Horrible Music and sound in the restaurant where you eat breakfast, as well as unnecessary as you breathe atmosphere of peace with the sounds of nature and waterfalls.

The place is nice but the pool has very cold water. You can't swim. A place too expensive not to give an adequate service and without complete services.

Very nice hotel, the only negative is that to get there is Q pass a slightly ugly course. They don't give water in the room and they charge you at very excessive price all extra. As far as the facilities are nice, just a little far from the lobby, but the gardens are beautiful.

We went to an event and left a bad taste in my mouth, Q and the hotel itself is very well known… The waiting time between saucer and saucer was exaggerated and the food came cold, when ordering a soda it took tmbn too long… hopefully they can fix those details, and Q itself the event, the arrangement of the place was very nice.

The hotel is stunning with a Japanese type theme. I was there at a work meeting and everything was very nice. I didn't know the rooms but I don't doubt they are extraordinary. The service and services were excellent. It is a hotel that is not so far from Cuernavaca, but the roads would be the only point against staying at this hotel although if you do not intend to leave, it is an excellent option.

Our friends had a wedding here, amazing view, interesting combination Mexican and Japanese. The hotel room was ok, and quite expensive.

The best word to describe this hotel is overpriced. The gardens are really beautiful and well kept but the rooms are a little dated. Food is overpriced and not of good quality (or quantity for that matter). The service overall could be improved, we asked for a mosquitoes repellent at the front desk and they gladly sold us a super overpriced one (we could have got it at the supermarket easily at half the price) we also didn't have any toiletries in our room when we arrived and at check out they charged us for a bottle of water (also overpriced) that we never took (to be fair, they cancelled this at our request). I would suggest visiting the gardens but not staying in this hotel.

The ball room is beautiful. All gardens and bridges also are magical. The service was excellent.

It is beautiful hotel. With very well maintained gardens and facilities. Breakfast and brunch buffets are outstanding (although a little bit overpriced). I used the laundry service and had drinks at the bar without problems. My only issue was with some of the employees at front desk. One of the guys was a little bit rude and disrespectful. Wi-Fi costs about USD $6 per night per device and breakfast buffet is about USD $17.

Very bad service in a restaurant, cockroaches in the rooms and hallways. It contrasts too much with the beautiful of the place. It is a shame for the price that these paying. Nothing recommended.
