SPA Hotels in Cuernavaca

A very pet friendly hotel. Nice service everywhere. The rooms are big, nice and clean.
Just one think, the hotel is not 100% in the city center so you need a Taxi/Uber drive around.

This review is on the restaurant. It is a beautiful atmosphere, the service is professional, the food is nicely presented and taste good and the prices are reasonable.

Solid 3-star hotel experience, but I gave 4 stars here for a variety of reasons.

This was the most amazing vacation. We want to come here every year this is.
Our second time back. I think we'll do it for the rest of our lives. The grounds are amazing. The staff is amazing.

Large clean rooms and a really good location near to the zocalo/markets and central of the city.
We hadnt hot water in the bathroom, but was ok bcs temperatures outside were pretty hot.

Excellent stay ours. A very good place to stay, quiet relaxed, clean very friendly staff especially the SrTomás who takes care of the entrance of the place very friendly would definitely return again!

A really lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean. The short walk from the Pullman de Morelos bus station is a little bleak, but once you make it here it’s like you’ve walked into a Don’s hacienda.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings, friendly and good food. Yesterday power failure for a while but that is not to blame to hotel. Rooms could be updated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, their cleanliness and the excellent service the front desk gave us.
