It has a nice garden, very green and cute. The style in the structure of the hotel is cute, the rooms are around the garden.
The cleanliness in the rooms is not good, the walls have moisture, the ceiling is dirty and the plaster falls because of the lack of maintenance, they do not change the sheets daily and much less shake them, the duvet that is in the closet was very dirty and smelled very bad it sucked the whole room when we took it out of the bag.

I want to express my annoyance, because of the way the two-ring robbery was treated at the Villa del Conquistador Hotel in Cuernavaca, Mor.
The robbery was on January 4, as we went out to dinner, it was found that they entered with an electronic key, opened the safe and took two rings, which are family inheritance of more than 50 years. 1. Urgently give maintenance to the rooms, they look very old and too humid.

In general, the food is very good. The ambiance was nice and the restaurant has an spectacular view of the city. There is live music while you eat. Even though it is a buffet, there is a waiter and the service provided exceeded my expectations.
