All well excellent treatment of the staff.

Wonderful! I recommend it for any social event. The place is divine, the attention is excellent and the food exceeds expectations. My wedding was a dream thanks to the staff so attentive and friendly. In times of pandemic, they have been able to respect all the necessary precautions.

The coffee is delicious just like the food, the quality service, very friendly everyone and you can enjoy the whole place, beautiful scenery.

Your attention, your food… the hotel, overall, all excellent. Also its wonderful gardens, it is a super place highly recommended.

Very nice place, its clean facilities and with signage in sight, since you enter the hotel they take the temperature, only a little hidden in terms of location, great place to go with your partner the only inconvenience I had this weekend was a wine tasting event which I did not plan and to rest was not very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. In the bathroom it just drips a little the air above the rate. As a tip, they should add a mosquito repellent to the Health KIT. As a Radisson member I was not offered an upgrade (subject to availability) but at least I would have been told whether or not it could be done, hence out all right.

For me it is the maximum its excellent service! Its fine attention ;its delicious dishes its excellent cocktails various!. It is a spectacular Paradise in all aspects! Emblematic, mystical, fabulous I love!. I highly recommend it over and over again!. And we send people followed to taste and enjoy their amazing areas!.

The place is very well maintained, its buffet austere, but it has very good taste and very attentive staff.

The employees care a 10, even though there are guests super rude and pushy they never cease to bring a smile and be attentive to the 100 %

Curiously it's a place you don't love when you walk in but once you discover its gardens you can get excited.
the radisson address should consider a major entry by the latter.

The attention in the bar is to cry. The drinks are poorly prepared and with little attitude of service. The room is not cleaned (I stayed) the bedroom is beautiful, but a little dirty. The food was excellent with good service at breakfast. But it is too expensive for the location and services. Finally, to be "The Radisson" the programming of the television of the quarter is almost national. There's like 15 channels of which 10 are national.

Gran ubicación para asistir a un evento en Quinta Rubelinas. Muy cómodas instalaciones y buen servicio. No hay servicio al cuarto después de las 10:00 pm.

It is an amazing place, it has beautiful gardens. While there are few rooms, all the spaces are widespread which makes you feel very comfortable.

Clean, very scenic great for photos no fridge, no full length mirrors, room service ends too early… biggest problem front reception does not speak English. … important for hotels to have staff that speaks English. 5 five night stay no English speaking reception staff in the evenings : (

Extremely expensive for Cuernavaca and it’s far away from the city, to have meals in the restaurants are $300 pesos pax no matter what you eat.

Very nice place, well taken care of. Although the water is a bit cold both swimming and the pool.

Went for a wedding, did not stay. Location is a little far away from cuernavaca, expect a 40 minutes ride. Service was good but not great, could easily get better, the place is expensive. Gardens are very pretty and is a good place for a social event.

Hotel service has much to improve; bar and restaurant under learning curve and good management and training is needed there. Facilities of Quinta are beautiful for a special celebration; hotel new but has more to learn on service.
