Hotels in Cuernavaca with a Pool

Solid 3-star hotel experience, but I gave 4 stars here for a variety of reasons.

If you are looking for a quite quiet nice hotel with all the basics and a nice pool it's a nice place to stay. Close to outlets and malls, 20min away from downtown.

Excellent customer service. Rooms are very clean. I want to thank the receptionist Giselle and Patricia for always making us feel comfortable every time we stay at this place.

First rate, but not a budget hotel. In house restaurant. Speak English. Parking. At entrance to town from Federal (free) highway from Mexico City. Much traffic. Not safe walking. Easy to get taxi.

Excellent place to have a quiet and relaxed weekend.

Large clean rooms and a really good location near to the zocalo/markets and central of the city.
We hadnt hot water in the bathroom, but was ok bcs temperatures outside were pretty hot.

This was the most amazing vacation. We want to come here every year this is.
Our second time back. I think we'll do it for the rest of our lives. The grounds are amazing. The staff is amazing.

Excellent stay ours. A very good place to stay, quiet relaxed, clean very friendly staff especially the SrTomás who takes care of the entrance of the place very friendly would definitely return again!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and the service at the front desk has been good, especially when a particular woman was working, although unfortunately she did not have a name tag.

A really lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean. The short walk from the Pullman de Morelos bus station is a little bleak, but once you make it here it’s like you’ve walked into a Don’s hacienda.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings, friendly and good food. Yesterday power failure for a while but that is not to blame to hotel. Rooms could be updated.
