Pésimo servicio, te dicen que llegues antes de las 3 para garantizar tu reserva, y al llegar no te atienden si no hasta que dan las 3, y si ya había gente esperando cuidado, te tendrás que firmar en la fila para que te puedan dar un check out, Así que estarás entrando a tu habitación hasta las 4 o 5, dependiendo de quién te atiende. Las camaristas a pesar de que oyen ruido en la habitación, no se esperan y entran sin que les sea acceso. Parece oficina burocrática.

Encontré una chinche en la almohada… En restaurante ofrece buffet… pero con la chinche encontrada ya no se apetece sus platillos tan escasos… Pésimo el trato del personal de recepción… La estancia fue de dos noches y las dos recepcionistas de diferente turno hecharon de ver su falta de educación y respeto… Además que al enterarla de el bicho (plaga) encontrado… No atendió… no llamo a un superior… y solo ofreció un formato para dejar la queja por escrito… Claro… su actitud se tornó déspota… El botones llamado Helio… fue el único que en su limitado puesto ofrece una mejor atención… y respeto…

Very secure place near Reforma in Mexico City. Statue of Angel is just behind the hotel. One can spend evening with Mariachi music regular food or street food or walk till Zocalo.

It's a very well located hotel, it's near the "Angel de la independencia" and the zone it's full of restaurants and stores. The rooms bare very clean and the beds comfortable. I recommend it.

The staff was not very helpful and were usually in a very bad mood. The bed was hard as wood (I woke up hurting all over), the air vents in the bathroom were very, very dirty, the towels were gross, there's no AC, the noise from the street was very noticeable and we had dirty laundry doors outside our room which made lots of noise. There are hotels with similar prices and actually worth your money. We left after one night there.

Stayed in the hotel for one night due I needed to go to an appointment to the Embassy. I do not recommend it at all. No towels, old bed sheets, old hard pillows and the service was very poor at the front desk, plus I got a lot of tiny bites on my skin of dunno what. This hotel used to be really good, not sure what is going on with their Admin nowadays.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, pay in advance 4 nights but in the first I woke up with many pickets in my arms legs face and stomach, the beds had bedbugs, in the hotel did not atendíeron me and on the contrary refused to help me find a doctor for Qu and attend my stings. I had already gone a few years ago to this hotel and the truth had convinced me to return, I had the VIERNES16 stay to Sunday 18 we were 3 people and paid 1 extra.
We got towel for two, everyday asked to give us towel for the people who paid the reservation and never got them, they asked the maid and never took it.
One day they didn't give us soaps after they did the cleaning.
The truth for price and facilities is fine but the attention left a lot to be desired.
I hope they get better in this situation.

I definitely don't stay at this hotel again.
First; when I arrive by my card to the lobi (a single receptionist and I took more than 30min to attend me with a senior).
Second: No half TV control because they had no batteries, it took me 2 hrs to give it to me and that's why I went for it (and total didn't work).
Third, the bed full of the hairs of whoever knows, disgustingly.
Fourth: The shelf dirty with dust.
Fifth: The bathroom curtain (fatal).
Sixth: There was no soap, no shampoo.
So expensive the night for such bad service.

Very nice, clean and nice, in an excellent location, the area very beautiful.

I regret staying at Hotel del Angel, water comes out of shower room into the floor by sink, I put a towel down to keep me from slipping and called front desk requesting another towel but they said I already have 2, they can't provide another towel, I'm here for 2 nights with my girlfriend and a baby, ridiculous I can't cancel reservation or they will charge me another night cause I didn't cancel with 24 hour notice. Do not stay at Hotel del Angel.
