Poor service the manager does not give solutions and is overbearing.
Dirty rooms infested with bed bugs, argue that's why provincial people are going.
Very bad cleaning as you had belonged to the previous guest.
I hope the pandemic has served them to fumigate.

Lousy service in the management area. Especially arrogance and lack of attention from the manager.

Its rooms are very pleasant, ideal for those who have work-related travel.

Lousy service at the reception, had booked a group and confirmed prior to arrival. Because we were made to wait over an hour to deliver room. The worst thing that had two people attending
And they were more for that of the two not to one, people slower than me has touched.

This is a 3 star hotel hitting above its weight which is why I gave it a 4th star. Great location, good service, a good breakfast buffet and nice clean rooms. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it is a great bang for your peso.

The service was okay. We can't comparison which the Maria Teresa but the price adequate. Maybe a new chef to satisfy all the necessities for the an awesome performance. Keep going to guet a better quality of service.

I liked in general the Hotel, good location and good quality of service. Has two bathrooms per room (I answered the double). I recommend it widely.

Good hotwl, clean and pleasant. In addition to that did not favour of luggage receipt although we had performed the checkout. Only the Wi-Fi in the room was not working well.

Prices, just enough. However, excessive noise which can be heard between quarters is very annoying. Not work safe quarters. For who is looking for economical choice may be, do not require more than what you pay. COULD improve: isolate noise, rehabilitate or improve elements already damaged by time, such as carpets or wood doors, headers… So improve the perception certainly.

Good quality of the service. People very focuse to customer excellence. Very competitive price. We usually use the hotel to conduct trainning for our clients.

Low quality service. They made a mistake in my payment and I have to pay the rest in cash. That was an inconvenience. The building was old and close the the noisy school. In the middle of the night, it is possible to hear the working elevator in the whole floor.

Is a good hotel, however the rooms don't have air conditioning and the restaurant is very expensive and service is not very good. However the rooms are clean and comfortable.

I'm about to acabarme all the men and hotels of this city. The us all from the cheapest to the most expensive. As well as men.

A decent hotel in a nice area off the Reforma strip. The rooms are avefage but the service is fantastic. Good value and location for the price.

The first time that I was going to stay in that hotel, I made reservations through hoteles. Com leave my card as a guarantee, stating that time would come and don't respect my reservation, I had to move with my family to another hotel at 12 in the night, that was the only good point that we sought hotel. But terrible experience.

Discriminants and a service that is particularly rude. I would not recommend it nor my enemies.

I am staying there in 97% of times that I travel to DF only when there is a meeting room, a change of hotel, it is clean, the food is rich, the price is very accessible and very good location. Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet and relatively Central hotel. The staff is remarkable, spacious rooms although a bit high price.
It has against sheets biting, I guess will be poorly washed. And the Internet is lost for a few moments.
