Excellent location, excellent service, all very friendly, excellent food, very comfortable and bright rooms, excellent cleanliness. I generally recommend it for work trip or either rest. Highly recommended.

My stay was short but very bad, did not serve the phone line and I touched the tenth floor and was told that if I requested anything I had to go down whenever I required… That heavy and the bath towels I got were dirty and they handed them to me up to 9:30 pm down to request… But from there on out the location is good.

Terrible service from the front desk, it is not possible that having a room paid for 15 days by means of transfer and still they taking in front of the payment voucher I will not hand over the room and still ask for credit card or cash Under warranty only because they cannot validate your processes with your accounting area. The hotel is located in a strategic place, if you want to know the historical center, as to your left side. You will find the castle of Chapultepec, right in front of the hotel, the Angel (emblem of the city) to your right is the Alameda, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Zocalo, etc. Regarding the hotel service; I only had difficulty checking in because their registration system threw them that they still did not vacate the rooms, in this situation we were 10 people (waiting in the lobby).
Facilities: Lobby and dining area, very nice, the rooms are very simple (no luxuries) but comfortable have flat screen TV (1st generation so you do not have access to Netflix, YouTube, only local channels and a TV package. Very basic), there is a mini dryer that overheats before the minute and shuts off, an iron (not very good).
I would highlight that if they offer good breakfast to their guests.

The hotel is nice, but I had trouble leaving my luggage kept after delivering the room as they pulled out money I had left in my hand baggage.

Good hotel, clean and new. It is very well located in the Angel of independence and especially thought for business people, so it has few services. I would add a minibar in the room. Breakfast was very good. It doesn't have a pool. The staff is friendly and attentive although we didn't have a good experience with a tour that we hired at the hotel. It is an outsourced service, but when you offer the staff at the counter, it affects the image of the hotel. Otherwise all very well.

Of the chain City Express one of the best options or of the most complete, I recommend it widely, it is located in front of the angel of independence with some rooms that give to that magnificent view.

Great location, OK rooms, bad food.

It has a good location near the Angel (although not all rooms have a view) and with the hallmark of this chain. However I found several details, they need a small renovation, the carpets are already somewhat dirty, the walls with small details such as spots, and the sheets with permanent stains that look bad. Finally the attention should improve, in my room there was only one towel, we were 2 people and when ordering another towel, they did not take it immediately, but the next day after reminding them twice. At the moment they are building to the side of the hotel and can be annoying the noises of construction and when making the reservation they did not mention this. Which can be annoying if you want to rest.

Bad experience, poor attention, room 902 that we played careless, we stayed 4 nights, the first night there was not enough towels, ninamenidades ennel bath, day after we arrived back to the room at 4 pm wanting to rest and the Room had not been made. The staff only responded that I checarian. Nonme would stay there again and I don't recommend staying in that place, so we paid that it was not cheap at all we would have gotten the hotel from the front Sheraron Maria Isabel for less than what we paid in this one. There are definitely better options.

Good location but very small rooms and very bad restaurant.

It's the meanest and most unpleasant hotel I've ever been to, they don't do the room cleaning, they don't put consumables like toilet paper soap etc. The maid asks for a tip without doing her job and apart they do irrational charges and if we do not pay do not let enter the room or to take out the belongings own, the sink is clogged takes a long time to leave the water, you hear the steps of the floor above, you listen to everything that happens in the adjoining rooms there is no privacy.

From the entrance to the place you receive the concierge with a lot of kindness, namely Erick helps you with your luggage, to take you to the reception where politely facilitate your access to the room.
The rooms are nice, minimalist style, very clean above all.
In the mornings you can enjoy your breakfast included or ask for a la carte. The service of the waiters is surprising, Juan was very attentive to attend the days we were. It has room-service 24 hrs.
The location is formidable, you get a view of reform and especially the angel of independence.

Located almost in front of the iconic Angel of independence, and on the shores of Zona Rosa, it is an excellent choice for business or family travellers. It's small and nicely decorated. I can't comment on the rooms as they solofuia a social event, but I would definitely recommend it.

The room is OK but you feel the street noise. No Minibar. The worst thing is Q has no heating and in December in the evening and early in the morning there is Q to be in the room and dining area!

I Stayed in City Express for 2 weeks in 2015, and found everything ok. — Very Good Breakfast options — Cooperative & Friendly staff — Good Housekeeping Services — Neat & clean Rooms (Size is small, but for it was ok) — Very nice View, its just opposite to "The Angel of Independence" — For Foreigners this is good option, because most of their Staff speak English.

I was just the days of the earthquake and their management of the events was good. Right in front of Angel Square. Good area to go out and central to work. Spacious rooms. Without a lot of noise. Large and comfortable bed. Bath well. As a negative comment I would say breakfasts. Little complete and no regular coffee. Just American. It was impossible to take an espresso on all the days I was staying.

No parking place! Everything else is okay, good breakfast, clean and nice design. Very convenient location. Sometimes water pressure is low.

I mean, you get what you pay for. Especially for Mexico. Don't get me wrong, the rooms themselves were clean and kept, but they are much smaller than what you'd get in the US. I believe they just updated them, but I feel like they'll have to update them again very soon to keep up with traffic that they're experiencing. With that said, they do have some good views, which I guess is what matters since you barely spend time in the actual hotel room when you're traveling abroad. The location itself is good, which is convenient because you don't have to take an expensive taxi everywhere you go. And the staff if very willing and professional. However, they should really make their rooms more modern, and perhaps bigger?

The hotel is located right in front of El Angel excellent location not too expensive. Rooms arm very small but clean no problems at all. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast buffet excellent all around.

As the Americans say: Location, location, location. Be right in front could make any hotel vigilance and settle. Here happens eso. Without having the luxuries of other places, this hotel meets and exceeds. A small hotel, but with everything you need. Rooms comfortable, clean and functional where what most shines is the spectacular view towards Angel. The interior design is very good and gives the feeling of a place rather than small, cozy.
I recommend it widely.

Lousy service, 22 October realizé a reservation, they sent me confirmation email and when I arrived at the hotel to stay, they canceled the reservation and they detained me the balance on the credit card that I left on warranty. They have a telephone menu guy. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there.

Unbeatable location, the area is very safe, the facilities are modern, the service is good and the fact that you include the breakfast it is great, because in addition to serving from 6:00 am, it is an excellent option to eat something light and fast before leaving the hotel.

1. Is 17:26 and my room was not ready when check in is at 15:00 and arrives to register from 11:00am. Leave my bags, I went back and still nothing 2. The staff does not have training or not it shows in attention to customers. While we were another person struggling to find a solution to a very simple problem. 3. This is the second time that I stay in this hotel. It has an excellent location but the rooms are very small, the service and the attention very bad.

Check in with Oscar was bad especially at midnight. 1st day here let's see if rating will improve by end of my trip. Rooms are very small.
