Voco Guadalajara is an exceptional hotel that perfectly blends modern design, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Good hotel in a good neighborhood. Front desk… room service and restaurant staff are so nice and do make you feel welcome. We have been walking around send exploring urban trails and walks.

Overall it was a good hotel. Clean room with free bottle water, coffee and tea. The location is good if going or coming from Guadalajara airport otherwise not a lot around.

New construction. Very clean.
I don't think you walk in this neighborhood unless you live here though.
Once inside they have a nice bar. The food is good. The rooms are clean.

I get the rustic vibe which is lovely, but the wood creaks really bad and bends as if it were to almost break. The toilet paper dispenser broke.

Maybe THE best location in Mazamitla. Roomy cabins and a huge property. Friendly staff and on-site room service. Controlled access for increased safety.

Always stay here when visiting Mexico. Never had a problem here. Rooms are clean and equipped with what you need!

Great place to rest and enjoy.

This is a basic older hotel with spacious clean rooms and friendly staff.
It’s a great option if all you need is a place to sleep comfortably and a clean bathroom with nice hot water.

Quite a comfortable hotel and cheap in that area, the restaurant has good meals at an accessible price and the staff is kind.

What an utterly delightful place to stay while checking out the town of Ajijic.

This is a fabulous and beautiful place to stay for short term or longer visits. Elizabeth the owner has done an amazing job with this entire hotel.

Estrellitas Bed & Breakfast was the absolute perfect place for us—so perfect, in fact, that we kept extending our stay by two more nights until we finally had to leave Ajijic.

An older property but in good condition. The room was mid-sized and comfortable. Everything very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good — plenty of water pressure.

Breakfast was OKAY. Grab and go style. They have assortments of fruits, yogurt, granola bar, cereal boxes, pastry bread and hot entry item. Coffee, water, juices, and tea.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was simple but tasty and the rooms were clean, with no street noise.

The lobby is very old, the rooms are small and without natural lighting and small, although well set up. We arrived at night and the person who attended had a bad attitude and little knowledge.

Just in the right spot! 2 blocks from downtown, a good spot with parking lot. Went there for a trail race. Coming back again.

When you rate something extremely high one of the provisos is you need to know getting and looking for.

We visited Puerto Vallarta in early Feb and spent 6 nights at Garlands.

Lovely casa with art everywhere, a welcoming common area, and excellent cooked-to-order breakfast. Our comfortable room overlooked the garden. It’s run with grace and kindness by the owners.

We recently spent 8 lovely days at Casa Tlaquepaque Hotel Galería. This family run small hotel was the perfect place to stay while exploring Tlaquepaque and Tonala.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect as you can walk and catch the bus safely to many places. What makes this hotel great is the people and the service as they were the BEST!

The service was exceptional. I was always greeted at the door, and when they weren’t busy, the valet consistently opened my car door. The staff was very attentive throughout my visit.

Positive: Location and friendly attentive service Negative: I was not impressed with the resturant in the hotel. For the level of hotel I would think the resturant would be something more special.

The staff is fantastic and second to none! The breakfast crew led by the Chef Montse is awesome! She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy.

The JW Marriot in Guadalajara is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, but I believe it does not meet the standard of a five star brand. I stayed in a regular room with a king-size bed.

Best little hotel with great views from the roof top and close to the center of Zapopan to go walk around…

From the outside it doesnt look like much, inside you will find a very cool set up with very helpful staff. Its self check in but by chance there was staff around to help me check in and check out.

We've stayed here several times and were very happy with all the services, until January 8th and 9th, 2026.

Nearly perfect, rooms slightly dated and no bathtub. Gym and pool OK. Attention impeccable. Good value for money, and in a very privileged zone.

The best hotel you can find in Masco Jalisco is the Copa Oro hotel since it is located in a central place where the parish of Nuestra Señora de los Dolores and the main square are nearby.

Location, location, location! This was a great place to stay whole in Mascota. Right where the bus pulls in, and at the taxi stand. The room was lovely and clean, the beds comfy.
