I can't rave enough about this retreat to my family and friends! I had never in my life done something like this and I am SO glad I did!

The Beyond retreat blew me away. I thought it would be good, but it was so far beyond anything I could have hoped for.

We were only at Casa Velas for one night, but we were WOW-ed by this resort!

This was our sixth visit to Casa Velas, need I say more? From the moment you walk in you are embraced by the warmth of the staff at this intimate hotel. The rooms are lovely with great amenities.

We had our wedding at this Hilton resort and the entire experience was exceptional. From the very beginning of the planning process, Alfonso and Hernan were incredible.

This was a sister trip and we stayed in a double queen room. With my Diamond status, they upgraded us to the top floor in the south tower with an amazing view.

This resort is impeccably stunning! Our panoramic ocean view room is beautiful and comfortable. The multitude of pools and hot tubs are clean and refreshing.

Room is renovated and clean but the bed is a bit small (not queen size bed) and pillows are not very comfortable but overall it is fine.
Location is great. It is very close to the marina and airport.

Our home in Guadalajara, we stay here quite often. Staff goes overboard to make sure you are comfortable. There's a masseuse available if you ask and breakfast is great.

We had a very warm welcome ever since we placed foot in the building. They helped us with our luggage and getting us situated quickly to rest. Our stay was very pleasant overall.

Positive: the most of the staff were excellent. There were one or two who had an attitude that was not in keeping with their colleagues.

3rd year returning to Hotel Victoria Ejecutivo! We’ve tried other hotels in Guadalajara, but nothing compares to the experience we have here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Plaza. We were given one of the newer rooms on the 14th floor, it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves was heavenly.

Another successful trip to Sunset Plaza. We stayed here for only a week this year and enjoyed every minute. The room was always clean and comfortable.

We recently returned from a fantastic family trip to Dreams Vallarta Bay. It was beautiful and so convenient to not worry about any meals — it made for a truly relaxing experience.

We had a great time at the property. The food was delicious! We dined at the buffet mostly. Activities switch up daily. The staff is friendly and professional.

Hyatt Ziva Puerta Vallarta was incredible! My niece had the most stunning wedding there this last weekend! We had a family group of about 30 at the resort and we all had the most incredible time!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this resort in February. The club room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable.

Excellent service in fact only here we stayed.

This is now our favorite spot in GDL. Location is beautiful and safe; excellent, well appointed room; exceptional service.

The room was ok for what we paid, the location is good but the traffic is horrible! I’m taking about the whole city you make 30 minutes to drive 7-9 miles.

Great place to stay overnight if your visiting from out of town … Very close to Costco and Plaza Galerias.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4-day stay in February. The property is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is consistently polite and professional.

A nice place to stay if you are visiting Guadalajara for the first time. Location is within 15 minutes of popular areas. Breakfast buffet was really good.

We had a great experience, the resort is smaller but we were impressed. Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff were great. All the pool loungers are so comfortable.

The rooms were large and clean. We enjoyed the ocean view! There were no dressers for clothes so we were living out of suitcases.
The pools were warm and the drinks were good. Vendors were a pain!

This was by far our most relaxed visit in Mexico. We are from Colorado and truly enjoyed the "mountain experience" of Sierra Lago.

Sierra Lago Resort is a stunning hidden gem nestled in the mountains of Mexico, perfect for those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

When I travel, I like to arrive at a warm hotel that makes me feel at home. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a conference and its price.

The hotel was nice, the elevator was not working when we arrived so my husband had to carry the luggage by the stairs and it was heavy.

Stayed here for two nights. It was a very nice experience. I had a balcony room, which was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Puerto Vallarta. The view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up to the ocean every morning was truly unforgettable.
The service was excellent.

If you want 5 star resort this is not the place for you.

My wife and I stayed at the Costa Sur Resort And Spa for 12 days for our honeymoon in January. We got a King deluxe studio.

Hotel is close to mall and restaurants excellent location all stuff here are very.
Professional and go out of there way to make your stay as happy as possible.

I stay here most of the time when traveling to Guadalajara and rooms are extremely clean all members of staff are very courteous and best of all breakfast is amazing I highly recommend this hotel

I'm not sure if this resort is 5 star but it should be if it isn't. The rooms were immaculate. The service was top notch. The food was well above average.

Mostly loved the place. Food was good staff was excellent. The only real issue we had was the elevators 🛗. 3 elevators never more than 2 working many times only one.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta, and we were pleasantly surprised by the property.

We stayed at the Westin Puerto Vallarta last week.

Our stay at the Westin Resort and Spa in PVR was wonderful in so many ways, but not quite perfect.

Ten Day stay. The room available at check-in was not the one reserved and paid for because when we arrived it was not available for the first 4 nights of the stay.

We were at the resort for a week, over Christmas and were pleased with the way the resort celebrated the holiday particularly the Christmas Eve dinner, the turkey was amazing! Well done, chefs.

The staff are absolutely fantastic! Guadeloupe, Edgar, David, Tomas, Martin & Pedro to name a few.

Spent reading break with four friends at Las Palmas and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The incredible staff waws our best highlight.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8 days. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a cool, delicious drink, and the polite and friendly staff immediately caught our attention.

This is a beautiful all inclusive resort if you love sitting along the waterway to the marina watching all the yachts go by! Or if you have a great balcony unit. But Beach resort it is not!
