Terrible service we were robbed by the people who are offering the tours inside the hotel left ami family in the middle of nowhere and no refund they wanted to do very very bad service hurts looked like a good hotel and so many times we have stayed there but no longer skewers.

As much as there are good staff there is one Lousy on the Part of the Mexican section malisima food, the pools do not have heater.

The food was delicious, the attention super good, I loved everything, we were coordinated a boat trip that was very good and for a very good price but the one of the towels Joaquin sold us tickets for the mandala and it was the most horrible a waste of money 700 per person that was supposed to be all included, to a friend did not let him in by carrying shorts, we were taken from the table left standing and the drink was untouchable wise horrible to methanol.
We asked Joaquin and the bar and they didn't solve anything horrible about that.

The room was horrible and stunk so bad had to run down to mega to get Lysol spray. Bathroom was small and dirty looking. Roaches in the stairway. Couldn’t even see through the windows. Windows had no screen to keep open. He sheets were never changed they were stained from previous people. Beds are hard as rocks pillows were tiny. Only one matresss then a piece of wood. Stood in tower one so I couldnt reach the Wi-Fi. I did like it was available to the ocean and the canal with the fish were lovely. The iguanas were just super adorable and friendly walking around. The back snack bar where they made food was disgusting with flys all over the food. The buffet restaurant was cleaner. The food in the snack bar looked uncooked. Flies landing in the open condiments. No bueno.

A nice, comfortable place within a family atmosphere. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is good as are the drinks. It only has the detail of being very crowded and can become a problem by the number of people in a certain space (as in the Snack). And the beach is not its forte because it is full of stones.

I want to share widely my opinion about the hotel. It is a place that I went to with my family many years ago when my brothers and I were children and now we are back, now with my wife and my children. To begin with the location we found great as we were close to the quay and to one side of the hotel was a shopping center. The process in reception was too fast. Just as I was parking and had been assigned rooms to my family, that was excellent since we were tired from a long trip. The parking lot was full, but I also had to go in the season of holy week, even so, we found a place. The rooms that we played are new, are two towers that were not before and they are very spacious and pleasant. Some had a view of the sea, which is affected a bit due to a building in ruins which are being demolished. Clear that this is not the fault of the hotel. The beds were not at all comfortable, but this, perhaps, is that one gets used to his bed and takes some time to settle in to another. Everything was clean and the girls at the toilet very friendly. There was a safe to guard your belongings, was missing an iron and a manual of services of the hotel. The pools are sufficiently large, but have a detail… the water, especially in the mornings is cold. In the course of the day is going by warming, but it is not enough to enter and not feel chills by the same situation.

Staff was very friendly and for the most part, the rooms were clean BUT it's very Noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms, hallways… construction onsite. Demolition just behind the resort makes it hard to just lay around the pool and relax.

A good hotel to stay with affordable costs, has a very good location as it is a few minutes from the Malecon without being inside. It has two swimming pools, a pool and a children's pool. The food is regular and the drinks too. The beach area is very full of stones which makes it very difficult to get into the sea. The staff was very friendly and the room was very good.

Good hotel, central location, good price (has all inclusive budget package) but the rooms are not uniform, you can touch room in the new tower (new rooms) or in the old mini towers where the rooms are somewhat rustic and with some Details.

Good place to be, food and hotel service is awesome but small pools on the hotel. It gets full pretty quick. It does not have a great view to the ocean as it has a small portion of it.

PS my in my opinion I did not like the beach is well sow, the pool have a lot of chlorine, the rooms do not have good view nothing, super dirty bathrooms, on any day you eat the same and are only 5 meals to choose from. And every day is the same I wouldn't give him 2 stars.

Everything ok, room was ok, it was a suite with two rooms, when we arrived there was not hot water but we reported it and in less than 5mins the tower manager arrived and fixed it, the pool and all inclusive awesome, in the night they have a show, really funny, I'm putting 4 stars as the beach is not that great, a lot of stones.

It's a little old hotel… although they just remodeled it. It is quite close to downtown and has many things nearby, restaurants, bars, banks and super market. Only the quality of the all inclusive and the service is not very good.

The room was full of tiny insects. No elevator. Bad food. Cheap alcohol. Extremely noisy! Only one fine dining restaurant on site and it was booked. I just saw a cockroach. My bathroom was dirty. I went to the lunch buffet, and it was crowded. Food spilled all over tables. I had one item, after checking with the staff as to what the ingredients were, turns out it had my number one allergy in the ingredient list when they told me it didn't! Even the nearby Beach was dirty. Just bad.

Great service from the start! The lot attendant assured me he'd take care of my car and even directed me to a pharmacy I was looking for as soon as I had arrived. The check in went smoothly and the lady that helped me went over every detail with me. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The waiters at the restaurant were EXTREMELY polite. My wife had gotten a site throat and one waiter made her a tea with lemon and honey. I really appreciated that. This place has it all and is a fun place for family. I highly recommend.

The place meets: Hotel All inclusive 3 stars. Attentive service, friendly, clean, varied food, drinks and snacks available all the time, in general I like it. The room that I touched was appalling, the pillowcases were stained and disgusted. The walls broken and overall ugly. The cold pool seemed to be taken out of a snowy mountain, with no sea and sea and rocky beach view. The food was fine, not the best in the world but it satisfied my appetite and some things were quite tasty. Drinks are the same, God knows what brand liquors were but they were rich and did not skimp on alcohol. Overall I feel that they need to make the rooms much prettier and take care of them more. The hotel has furniture renovated, the beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The food is taste standard made with quality and there are some times that you are caught with shrimp or chicken of very good quality. In the open bar will cater ALWAYS of a very good win. There is a restaurant on the night of Italian food highly recommended. There are massages for $400, if you got crooked of the trip, the only thing that subtracts points is the beach that has a lot of rocks and strong waves. But walk 1km you can find beach with sand.

Staff was nice. Food not great! Beach is dirt. No hot water. Renovations lots of banging. Pool is dirty. Kids not directed to kids pool. So it is very noisy and kids running and splashing.

The hotel is good for the price, the buffet restaurant is the most redeemable, not bad food, but the waiters don't serve if you don't give them a tip they do so reluctantly, in the à la carte restaurant on the contrary, excellent service but food is something bad, the snack area this fatal, and it smells awful, the drinks equis more bad than good, but very kind to those who serve… the beach full of rocks you can't walk. Everything seemed excellent until yesterday that I went to dinner and a waiter was cleaning the table I sat down and the followed on his after came another waiter help his partner and said he will take me away because the table was busy, I found it very rude of him because neither the Restaurant out of pay to be so since that's why I paid all inclusive and because the first waiter if I let me sit down until the rude came (so my motive to remove a star)

The breakfast was very good. It has beach, however just next door there is abandoned construction that takes away a lot of view. The iguanas walking around the hotel make it impressive.

It's a nice place. It has two remaining, one buffet type and the other a la carte. A snack and 3 bars. It has two swimming pools and one for adults. The food is simple and the liquors are not very good. It is near the Malecon, about 20 min. I qualify with 4 stars for a pleasant stay and fun.

I am grateful, excellent restaurant, food and attention. Room with air conditioning, TV, cable, hot water, broth year furniture and I did not touch balcony, but all very well. I thank Diana that we always kept our room clean, thank you very much for your attention to me and my family.

First off, the staff was wonderful. The room was large and clean. However, during our stay the hotel was under renovation, our room had no hot water and room amenities limited. This is a very family friendly hotel which while not the hotel's fault, was not a plus for us. We only stayed a single night and the manager was super accommodating to us with refunding. We booked through Expedia so the nature of that refund is still pending. If you are on a budget and kids and sketchy beachfront are your thing, then this is your place!

It's a good place for kids and fathers but there's no much fun for teenagers, the rooms are ok and the foos is good.

Great place to relax, has its own beach, rooms are clean, but need mote attention. My last stay was really bad the front desk clerk was very rude and disrepectful, did not have any people skills.

It's fairly bare bones but I like that kind of thing. We haven't eaten any of the food but seems like the restaurants are busy. It's very close to boardwalk and downtown/romantic district. Cab rides have been quick to catch and are only +-100 pesos to those places. If you are looking for something different than"Resortville" this is your place. One more plus is the grocery store one block away.

So far we've only been here one night. That said, as far as we've been here it is a great option for the price. The check in and booking were confused a bit, but handled gracefully by the staff. Some of the quirks are odd to me; a paper card to check towels out at the pool being one of them, but not off putting. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We are in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and expected some pots and pans, but it's not the end of the world. All in all, enjoying PV very much and would stay here again, with the knowledge I've gained on the property.
