The staff in general is friendly, they are attentive and helpful, I was at a small congress in the Rosedal room, the experience was pleasant, just one detail, they turned off the air conditioning at noon and that raised the temperature a little generating slight discomfort in the attendees. Outside of that everything was great. Delicious dishes. Excellent coffee. Thank you.

Stayed here a couple times, about 30+ minutes from airport depending on traffic. Nice hotel with affordable rates for the regular business traveler. Standard room with king bed pictured.

Very nice hotel. I stayed there for 4 nights during a business trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are stores and plaza del sol within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is good in relation to different areas of Guadalajara, although it is several minutes from the airport, the service and treatment of the staff could be better, besides that the cost of the products is ridiculously high. The rooms are elegant and comfortable but lack personality, look generic and sober.

Great hotel. First I tell you how wonderful breakfast was. Authentic mexican cuisine. Area is not so good, not really bad. If you need to stay in this part of town, it's a pretty nice place. Bed was comfy. Shower was great.

Excellent location and service. There were water, light and cable failures that's why I don't give you the five stars. The best gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Restaurant with very good food.

Very Nice place. Excellent facilities and the most comfortable bed where I have slept in many years. It's Not precisely economic, but it's worth it. Thought for business trips.

I visit Guadalajara eight times a year, so I was thrilled to see there was a Westin location. That all changed, however, when someone entered my room around 2:30 in the morning. I happened to be awake due to time zone differences and was able to yell at the man and chase him out of my room. Initially I thought "maybe it was a guest who was assigned the wrong key". So I bolt the door, go back to sleep and in the morning ask the front desk. That's where things turned from unfortunate to egregious. They simply didn't seem to care. They acted like they cared "We'll be sure to review the footage and get back to you! " 12 hours later: nothing. So I ask again. Same thing. Four times I ask without any offer to help, comp any part of my stay or offer any reasonable explanation. They keep saying: "Oh well it was probably a mistake, maybe you left your door ajar and security came in to see if it was occupied. " In what world is "probably" a satisfactory level of certainty for this situation? After several inquiries, I told the front desk I would just wait in the lobby until they were able to get something conclusive from security. 45 minutes I waited in that lobby. When I went to check on the status of my inquiry, they hadn't called security yet. When they finally did make the call, security came down and said it was (and I quote) "very strange". I pressed for more details and they simply had none. I'm sure my experience is the minority.

Westin has a brand Concistencia. When you get to Westin GDL you have that great experience. Here I leave a rich dish of octopus and a big shot of the 17th floor.

The rooms are very comfortable and functional. It has a breathtaking view of the city.
They're all very kind.
The gym is 24 hours.
You cross the street and this Expo Guadalajara.
I put 4 just because its location does not favor, there are no shops or pharmacies nearby, and the area is somewhat alone.

Great service but no pool. Should have stayed next door at Hyatt or Rui. But very professional and high end. Restaurant is great in service and food. I liked the valet. No self parking available.

Great place to stay… wide buffer spread. Very courteous staff. They have always provided me with the best rooms and upgrades. If you get a chance do check out their suites. They are huge and amazing. Definitely one the best suites I have stayed jn.

Nice place, good staff attention, The lounges were spacious and with comfortable chairs, clean bathrooms to be on the floor with several lounges are Insufficient. The sandwiches of the events on the first day were hard already past. The regular food was meat and ENLASALADA. If I recommend going but the price is very high for the Place.

The hotel is very well taken care of. The amenities are few but of very good Quality. They don't have a pool but they have gym. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are soft. Not all rooms have TINA. The air conditioner makes it quite noisy if you had to put a but to the hotel.

Great views, friendly staff and updated rooms. Also has a really good wine list and very prompt service. Really enjoyed my stay.

Second time this year. Menu has improved a lot lately. Rooms good as always. Had someone do spot cleaning on the room when I was away at dinner. Must have come in for the turndown service. Was nice to come to a clean room, but a bit unsettling.

Beautiful hotel. It was built just over a year ago so it's quite new. Super friendly staff that mostly all speak English. It's about a half hour drive from the airport. The room was great, we had a suite on the 19th floor, with amazing views. There were 2 bathrooms, with a hot tub. There is a fitness center. It was nice, since I was the only one there. Several treadmills, bikes, cable machine, isolation machines, bosu ball, and a small dumbbell set.

Excellent accomodation! In front of Expo Guadalajara. Spacious and comfortable rooms, hotel services of 10! For a business or family stay It is a highly recommended option.

It has one of the friendliest and knowledgeable bar staff I've ever met. If you go look for Abraham or Sophie. They will make you forget that you're in a hotel and feel like you're home. They've created some tasty cocktails that are avaliable by request. Ask for them.

The people who are downstairs to receive you are rude, prepotent and closed; Apparently in their induction they do not teach them to greet, let alone treat their customers/ guests. It's sad to see that before I got to the lobby, I already felt like never coming back.

The personal is very helpful, great customer service, the room worth the price I pay for and I love the bar, perfect to unwind after a busy day, also very convenient to receive customers.
Strategically situated, the food is not fantastic but ok.

A very nice place but you are forced to pay very expensive, we ordered a glass of water and by two glasses of 120 MLS, we charged 220 pesos be careful.

The rooms are really nice and bright, bed was comfortable, no funky smells, it was pretty clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive, had breakfast at the restaurant and it was good with fresh fruit and nice coffee. Very well located specially if you're going to the "Expo Guadalajara" (convention center) beautiful city.

Suites 1409 Wonderful. I love the details of the bathroom, towel robe delicate, creamy leaf-shaped soaps with glycerin and natural aromas. Exquisite atmosphere and hygiene.

Nice hotel, but not located within walking distance of many sites. Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet during the week mean I'll stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Guadalajara. Not only because of its proximity to Expo Guadalajara, but because its attention is great from start to finish. It Has business halls and ample spaces to do events. It Had fallen a lot, but of a time here have improved their administration and is noticeable throughout the team. As a cultural fact, it is the only hotel in this area of Guadalajara that has a heliport.

Excellent experience. Great food, rooms are modern and well maintained. Great service in all employees. The gym is small but clean and well equipped. Very suitable for staying in shape during your vacation or job trip. Location is also excellent just across the street from the Expo Guadalajara. Besides, you have the great plus of the SPG program (Starwood Preferred Guest) where you get very easily the points or 'rewards'. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Simply the best… I enjoyed a lot and I really recommend!

Unfortunately lived two very painful experiences one we were served a tequila that was not the brand requested and we had to ask for the bottle to confirm the requested brand and second at 12 A. M. The conduct of valet parking was stern. Abrupt and nothing cordial. My keys to my truck drop them off at the reception and deliver them to him. Showing very abrupt and descortez in his attention… I am not a guest but if relatives who visit us from the D. F. Ojala can improve their service. Claudia Zuñiga.

Check out the new ceviche/sushi bar at the lobby bar. Fresh ingredients every day. Remember this hotel does not have a pool.

This time that Ive visited the Westin the congress hall was pretty small for all the people that were attending. As well the cookies for the coffee break wasn't that good. The peanut ones where ok, but there were some other kind of cookies that are really bad. As well we had a projector that wasn't calibrate enough, because the image was moved. The lobby and the snacks that we had after we used the congress hall on the second floor was really good. The waitress was very kind and he helped us on serving and taking care of the guest very well.

Wonderful Hotel just to be leery of the security as you go back through the airport… they rifled through my bag and stole some personal property from me period right in front of my eyes I told him it was mine and they said that I could not take it into the airport even though I was the captain on the flight and you could buy the exact same item and duty-free. Nothing but a government rip off but the hotel was absolutely amazing beautiful the people that work there treated us like gold.

First off, great customer service. The staff was friendly, and the valley parking was great. There was one time where my sons cereal was not brought up. The place itself is very well kept. The interior is superb. The room was great, the deluxe room, which are the higher floors had a great view of the city. The sunset everyday was beautiful. The dinning area was what you'd expect. Very friendly staff/waiters. Food was good, the selection of fruit and meals was great. Overall its a great place to stay, wether on business or with family.

The hotel was awesome and was in a great location. The bar is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. Hotels about six years old. This hotel is perfect except it does not have an outdoor swimming pool. For someone who travels with the weather being 92° plus it would be nice to have somewhere to swim versus sneaking in to the Hilton next-door.

Always stay here for work. Service is good. Nothing special or distinctive. Hotel has no pool. Bar is well stocked.

I was on the 11th floor and had a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are larger than some apartments I had when I was a younger man, and quite nice. I haven't been able to eat the included breakfast, due to work, but I did really enjoy my room service. Service has been great while also non-intrusive. I will stay here again on future business trips!

Good location, rooms comfortable and clean. The parking service is poor because it is not allowed to park your car and access to the parking lot, we were the victims of a theft of items inside the vehicle.

The Service was perfect, the food was delicious I just simply love staying here.

Nice rooms, breakfast is very good. Not the service you expect from a Westin hotel, cleaning ness needs to improve.

The hotel is located in front of the expo center, close to some nice residential areas. The rooms are pretty standard, showers could be better. The beds are fantastic, and the internet connection (extra charge) is pretty reasonable for business use. The service is what makes this place extra special. Almost all the staff is bilingual, and all seem happy to work there. The restaurant isn't particularly good and there are few menu choices. A Starbucks has opened inside the hotel recently.

Modern Hotel and well located. Just in front of the Expo Gdl, ideal for when you're in business.

Gorgeous, new hotel with stunning common areas and design touches. Room was spacious and well designed. Breakfast buffet was too expensive when compared to the room rate, however ordering off the menu is reasonable. Strangely enough, this hotel does not have a pool, which puts it at a competitive disadvantage compared to other nearby hotels of the same caliber. Staff are attentive and professional.

I really liked I lived out there but I don't think qules tell my story.
