Fire the receptionist Elizabeth never have I ever seen someone so rude… I've traveled alot n this was far the most rude person I’ve ever encountered. She needs to know she’s not working for the white house. She needs to come back to earth n be a humble employee.

The rooms are well. The hotel is a bit old. Two blocks from the Center. Personal amable. Check in and check out fast.

First time that we stayed in this hotel. The four very clean very good service of the workers. We arrived late stroll through the center of the city and yet it was very night attended us why we wanted to take a few beers so I give them 5 stars for its good service and lunch delicious morning.

Ideal choice for stay against the Holliday In… Swimming pool, buffet, lift, parking, enough rooms, gym, sauna, Garden of relaxation, terrace, lounge of events… Simply very good option in the Centre of Guadalajara!

A very pleasant stay, the prices are accessible and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive. The price includes breakfast buffet, although not very varied, provides food with good taste and quality.

My parents along with my niece of 10 years were the last week here at this hotel and were amazed, both by the facilities and the treatment received by the staff. The food is great, that is why we give 5 stars.

This review is not from the hotel, its from person who works at the hotel. BRENDA LUJAN Such a Bitch! informed us by phone we could arrive at the hotel at midnight and get out room. We had 4 kids with us all under 6 years old. When we get there she said we cannot stay until our check in time! it was 3:00 a. M at that time. She didnt let us stay and asked us to come back at check in. But she had already informed us by PHONE, that they would give us the room! Really BAD customer service, and such a bitch.
