The hotel has excellent service at the reception, very clean rooms, only the bedroom is very inopportune from the morning of the day you are going out is asking you if you are leaving, almost wants to run, is very disrespectful.

If what I recommend is one of the best hotels in Guadalajara very good service we arrived at the hotel on the 31st of January in the early morning and even offered us tours to get to know Chapala Tlatepalque Jojotepec Tequila Jalisco if I go back by the way the food in the restaurant there is good.

Lousy service, I lost my belongings NOOO SEEEE HOSPEDEEEENNNNN… in addition to smells like shit… we were left alone for not had more, but I prefer to sleep in the street.

Rooms appalling, the mattresses seem a hammock, but the worst thing is that you get the cigarette smoke from the neighbors. Should have non smoking floor! I give them 2 stars for the service of the restaurant, everything else failed.

Bad service I stole things from my truck as I had to leave the keys to the manager of the parking lot when I left the room and my son forgot his console and I don't want to go back.

Very good attention by the staff. It is a good place inside of the historical center. Call taxis when you need them. Family-friendly environment.

Le hace falta limpieza a los sanitarios de lad habitaciones, además de que tienen instalaciones en mal estado. El techo del sanitario de la habitación se descarapela, la cortina del sanitario tenía Moo, y estaba sucia. Las llaves de la regadera oxidadas, y con gotera. El papel de baño estaba amarillento, como si le hubieran mojado. El servicio del comedor es bueno sin embargo sólo atiende una persona, que es la que cobra, la que limpia, la misma que abastece la loza, la que corta el pan. Esta en un lugar relativamente centrico pero no lo consideraría un hotel bueno.

They let me check in about 8 hours early at no additional cost. They said they usually let this if the room is available. The room was a bit small, but it was clean. The restroom could have used some remodeling, but for the price I ain't complaining. Dollar exchange store is right next to the hotel so that was a plus. The center of the city is within a 5 minute walk. Awesome and cheap place. Will definitely stay here next time in in town.

It Is a nice and clean place. Good service. It Has a restaurant, a travel office. Parking. They receive You with a lot of attention. The Restaurant closes early 22 hrs and late 8 am.

It Is a very crowded hotel by young people of few demands. Its Central location is very comfortable but the area where you find does not speak very well of the place. It Complies with all basic services (Internet, cable, hot water, air conditioning — although this requires a little maintenance).

It is an old place, I think it needs remodeling, but it is very clean, all the staff is very friendly, the price relationship with the service is very good, has parking, there is air in the rooms and the buffet is good. Apart the location is very good, right in the center of the city.

In my opinion the hotel was very dry. Maintenance is lacking in the interior building. Bath by watering. The refrigeration was not Serbian.
The worst. The staff are all bad.

Reception. What you request… maybe they won't solve anything.
Waitresses… they go mad all the time and if you ask them something like you haven't told them. All with a very negative aptitude.
Logically I would never go back to this hotel.

Very comfortable central and clean the VDD if I would stay here again. Although in the days Q we come there are some movements in the center and some streets closed. But very well.

Lousy service, bad attitude on the part of the employees, in specific of the administrative (reservations). We brought a delegation of about 70 people, and yet it seems that they did us a favor by receiving.

Services good clean cheap with ac. Hot and cold water, internet. All store's their so closely by walkin and San Juan de DIOS its one of the famous market where you can fund everything since pet's to any kind of food or any souvenir, n home made craft.

Very central hotel, with very good attention from its employees, the varied and very rich breakfast buffet, every time I go to Guadalajara I stay in this place, recommended.

They didn't respect my reservation. In the room I got the bed were like two old mattresses one on top of each other that were made like jelly. Furniture very damaged, old and dirty. It's not worth what it costs. I wouldn't come back.

The hotel is very central, well located and with parking. The food in the restaurant is good. The facilities are not very new but it is acceptable. Greetings the day I went, someone smoked on the first floor and stayed all night the hallway with a cigar smell. If I recommend the hotel.

Bare bones, but felt safe and sufficiently clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, the location is perfect, and the price affordable. You do get what you pay for — the bathroom had some mold on the ceiling, we never got the TV to work (but didn't spend much time in the hotel) and one day we didn't have towels and had to go get some from the front counter. The beds are also really hard. That said, as a younger, less-picky traveler who spends most of the day touring, I would gladly stay at this place again.

It is a hotel that seems where time seems to have stopped in the 70's. It could use some 2017th amenities though it is what you would expect for the price.

Horrible place to stay. Reserved a room with double beds. One of the beds had bed bugs. My younger brother and son were bitten horribly. Spoke to the front desk, and all they offered was a complimentary night. WHAT, are you kidding me. We are never ever staying here again or even recommending this place.

Loved this hotel. Let's start with the location, only a few blocks away from the cathedral and University plaza. Just one block south of Juarez main street. I was traveling with my brother. The check in was very quick and efficient. The room was very large with two separate queen size beds, AC, flat screen TV with cable, towels, shampoo, etc. The Wi-Fi in our room was not very strong. They switched is to another room immediately. The front desk staff is very professional and accommodating. The cleaning staff are very efficient. The hotel has r restaurant on the premises with breakfast buffet. You can also order room service at very reasonable prices from 8 AM to 10 PM. Will definitely stay here again.

Personally… I loved the hotel, it is my priner visit… and it was a success are very attentive… all of the Staff, I will if you recommend it… Congratulations!

The place is old, it lacks maintenance to the facilities, especially painting and bathrooms. The beds seemed hard and the pillows are not very nice for the neck. The Wi-Fi signal is unstable. However, the good disposition of the staff makes up for a lot of the experience, besides the location is very good, close to the trade and public transport. The toilet service works well and has a reasonable price relationship with quality.

It is a relatively cheap hotel and meets the expectations that are for my important as privacy accommodation, WFI, cable TV and Restaurant.

From the get-go, the hotel management had setup our reservation incorrectly for June instead of July, so my family had to wait a while in the lobby area after a long trip from Laredo, TX. The management fixed it after a while, and provided good customer service for this mistake. We checked in to the rooms, and my family and I were surprised that the rooms looked like that. One, the stairs were dirty and dust balls were all over the hand-rails. There were dirty dishes on the stairs, I guess from room service that guests would take out for pick-up, that lasted 2 days without picking up, WITH ROTTEN FOOD ON THEM. Also, there were red sauce stains all over the stairs that remained without cleaning for 3 days out of our 4 day stay. Second, the bathroom drainage was emitting a putrid odor, so we devised a system to decrease the effect of the smell by setting a plastic bag on the drainage spots in the bathroom. Third, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and later, there were cockroach devices to release pesticide on top of the shelves in the bathroom. Fourth, the AC unit was leaking right on top of the sofa, where one of my family members was sleeping on, so we had to move the sofa away from the AC unit since the guy in charged of fixing it was on 'vacations' for our 4 day stay. Fifth, the beds were super HARD and uncomfortable.

I saw a couple of roaches :/ but other than that it was ok. A lil over priced for it not to be thoroughly clean.

Prices accessible but to them facilities them lack maintenance in the room that us touched the painting is was falling in the bathroom and the blacksmith is very old. In addition to the pillows are very deformed… the food is good, simple, affordable.

It is centrally located and if they are OK, but in general I didn't, old, hard beds, old sheets, the bathroom was dirty, soiled, moldy and had leaks, they gave me a "suite" that that had nothing and also smelled weird. We ask for a change of room and the afternoon receptionist told us that booklovers the girl from the morning shift (because apparently not knew nothing), the next day, early in the morning I switched from hotel.

They had an hour wait "to see if they had room". The type that was when we arrived he told us that he warn us when to have one available, it never did! He finished his turn and went as if nothing! All of this happened in the night, around 10:30 pm. Fortunately Yes we found a hotel that had an excellent attendance.

It has good service, but food and its extras are not great quality tapatia, they are meals without part tapatia. And the cable TV and the internet are not efficient.

It has a very good location, has parking, the rooms are comfortable, just a great little detail, the receptionist who greeted us I think that you don't like your job because we were bad, very despota and cutting, just for that detail I give 1 star, after having visited previously, I will not stay at the treatment so unpleasant that we received from that woman, and she was in the morning shift.

Its a nice inn, great services and quality on the rooms. The bed was the best for me. Awesome prices with a premium taste. In the middle of the downtown of Guadalajara. The plus is that you can go to Mercado San Juan de Dios to eat all local food. Also there are plenty of exchange rates bussines, but to be honest they don't offer the best price so it's better go to a bank around there. The safety is nice, nothing to complain. If you choose this inn you won't regret.

Have a night here… Attention so far is good and the truth is very close to the Centre but the hotel is too old… There are COCKROACHES in the room… This last is the reason why not recommend to stay here and the truth not the recommend for this reason.

A few years ago the relationship price and quality were good and competent, be like without spending much, now the hotel is too old and sometimes dirty, needs an urgent renovation, bathrooms are the worst, sheets if they are very clean and white, would that they improve the rate for what is being offered at present, undoubtedly will seek a better choice next time you travel.
INTERNET Wi-Fi, never of takes them has worked in all the years I have taken me with various teams, very deficient in any floor, only connects at reception and at times and lobbies.
If you have already been and you don't want to battle stay, I use it to go to sleep and economical, but I think that there might be better options today.
the location is very central, you can go to the Cathedral, Hospice, degollado, san juan, cross streets as the Obregón walk, the around Central magnificent a block or two services as seven eleven, oxxo, a cinema, and some places to eat (not very good to say) a few blocks more mc there is donalds, sanborns, burguerking, balloon, brides Street, etc.
If you're short of budget is an option, but there will always be to compare it with others, I am not up to date in the competition.

A hotel with a lobby heavily remodeled but the rooms seem to me to be very old and dirty already that in the bathroom there is mold I think it is expensive for that buscandole with 50 pesos more you quedarias into something much better.
