All very nice and good service.

Really near (but not exactly for walk distance) to andares. There are a some restaurants and banks crossing the street. The Hotel has a swiming pool. The room is great for the price, its clean and looks new. Nice included brakefast, but there its no room service.

En cuanto a alimentos las opciones son limitadas pero de calidad suficiente, desde tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes pequeños y algunas cadenas conocidas, todo a menos de tres cuadras. El hotel es limpio, las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, con todo en funcionamiento, relativamente moderno y en buen estado. Faltaban toallas en el gimnasio, además de ser una habitación pequeña y poco ventilada, aunque limpia. Alberca de poca profundidad, buena temperatura y ambiente relajado. Personal extremadamente cordial, atento y eficiente.

This is a modern styled hotel. It's a fresh option in an uptown of this city. Like any normal business class hotel services were at the same ihg standards.

Modern hotel and well located. Easy access by car and very good treatment by the staff.

Average hotel to stay. Good breakfast served and free. Our room cards deactivated every time we went out of the hotel, it was a dissapointment to wait for reactivation. One of the bathroom towels dissapeared on the checkout day misteriously.

The hotel is perfect apart from a lot of security it has everything perfect to rest and even if it is for work it has areas where you can be at ease. The pool is not said this wonderful and the super elegant rooms comfortable and sastifactorias I recommend.

I loved the care that you have the the place, the reservation was made in advance, so that the check-inn I had no problems. They have a wide estqciinamiento and clean facilities. Both the gym as the pool is open from 6am and the breakfast, though very basic is very rich. Would return without hesitation, is central.

Good Hotel, a little removed from the center but the area where it is located is very nice and of the best in the city. The service was attentive and the rooms were clean. It Was The only hotel I found when it was the FIL. It Has gym and the parking lot is very large. The breakfast is good but nothing of the other world, that is to be buffet you can eat whatever you want.

Great customer service, they even left a hand written welcome note with a treat in my room.

We stayed here for a week while working in Guadalajara Popeye's real center. Over the week I have enjoyed the hotel. Friendly staff for anything you need. We had one small issue with housekeeping coming to clean at 9 pm. We asked for am cleanings and problem solved. Hands down the free breakfast is the best you will find. Eggs everyday, cereals, fresh fruits (pineapple, Papaya, and watermelon. Chips, salsas, tamales, gravy's, ham, bacon and hot irons for waffles.

La habitación estaba limpia, un poco maltratada, sobre todo el baño. La alberca no ha estado abierta ni uno de los tres días que llevo aquí. El gimnasio cuenta con caminadoras, bicicletas y escaladoras. El desayuno podría mejorar en variedad.

A very comfortable hotel, clean, tidy rooms and in very good condition, breakfast very good, nothing from another world but in reality what is needed to start the day, your pool is excellent, indoor and temperature controlled, great for families with children, you cannot take out of the water, very good location, is highly recommended. To confirm the reservation! Expedia we played a very bad time through Trivago and our reservation was not made when we arrived at the hotel. Waters!

Friendly staff, no minibar in room or room service. The hotel is a little old, but not terrible. Over all, decent place, for an overnight business trip.

Excellent service though some of their front desk clerks don't know if they were very stressed out but they were a bit grumpy. From there on out everything perfect.

The lounges for events are clean and enjoyable. My only observation is to coordinate the time of the breaks with the cleaning staff. In the breaks the toilet staff cleans the bathrooms.

I went cheaper to book by phone and at the time of paying at the hotel was another price but I respected the price of the reservation by phone. Nice place, good facilities but they should better the attention the reception staff, slow with the check in, every time the electronic keys are deactivated.

Noisy drunks in room S 2 and a half in the morning. They did not solve the problem and the reception gave me a very bad deal. The security one became Tarugo. Summary: You have to hold on and put earplugs for the ears. At least they should give them away.

The hotel staff is really great and have the ability to speak both English and Spanish. The hotel amenities are great and the rooms are nice too!

The Hotel is nice but…
The rooms are a little better than the traditional Holiday Inn Express, but the staff especially at reception, lacks a lot of training and commitment to cater as is due to the guests, very unfortunate.

The staff were Very Friendly and helpful. The rooms are Very clean and the breakfast is Very Good. 30 Afternoon for People Q we left early to do our activities early, when in others starts Wings 6 d the morning.

Very Nice and very rich your free breakfast I think Q can improve on special considerations like onesies extras in the room and donkey and iron.

The event room is very spacious and has a great audio and ventilation system. The service was nice and definitely came back.

It is always a good choice to choose Holiday Inn to stay in any city, they are friendly, attentive and always available to support you in whatever you need. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable.

This place is comfortable to be between two or four days to know the most important parts of the city, touring malls, because it is close to many shopping centers, ETC.

Good installations for the price. Service might be betrer, as one day I needed specifically to have my room cleaned before noon and service showed past 4. Indoor pool has a great temperature and almost everyday was empty.

Excellent place, the staff was always very friendly, the pool was clean and warm, the breakfast is very good for being continental. 100℅recommend.

We were received very well, is very nice place, always willing to help. It is very quiet to sleep and nice to get, it is very well located and there are many things to do close to there. It has a side to the autonomous university and some tacis very good in front of the hotel.

The place has no restaurent… no decent vegetarian food… but lovely people… very helpful.

Room 933. Great place. The only observation was the breakfast. You can improve it.

We had a very bad experience. When we first arrived, the hotel was being remodeled. We made the reservation a couple of days before our arrival and were not notified about all the inconveniences we were going to experience. We were taken care by a gentleman at a desk, it took him quite a while to check us in and give us our room key. We had been traveling for hours and just wanted our room. When we arrived to our room the blinds were unable to be moved. We couldn't open them. One of the lamps had no bulb. We didn't want to complain so we left it alone. We unpacked and went to get some food. It took us about an hour. When we got back in to our room, our door was opened. It had the lock opened, preventing the door from closing. We closed it and called reception. They said they would send security upstairs (security never made it). Apparently the maintenance guys went into our room and were "fixing" the tv. We were never asked if they could come in while we were gone. They came back to our room, and opened it, no knock on the door or anything. Conclusion: their way of fixing everything was giving us a suite. We appreciate the gesture, but their invasion of privacy and lack of security is just unacceptable.

As the name says, it's an express hotel… I have to say the services is far from good, usually I stay on IHG hotels and the service is good always, I got surprised this time. On the other side is well located, the breakfast is not as good as before.

Tienen una pokestop afuera 10/10 would go again.

Poor planning and two towers end up with confusion and guests getting lost. Staff is slow and inefficient. Only one key is supplied and one of the elevators requires a key to work, making things even slower and requiring guests to jump through unnecessary hoops.

Good service, difficult to get room in season of graduations, weddings, book with time. Clean rooms and also very close to schools and shopping areas in zapopan/guadalajara.

It was very pleasant my stay there, staff very friendly and helpful, professional and others. The combining very comfortable and new appearance. The pool can improve a little more maintenance more often, in terms of the cleaning of the water. Everything else very well.

I've been bitten quite a lot by poisonous insects. I'd been treated with pain killers, antihistamine and advil for 5 days. If you MUST stay here (there are a lot of other options) please double check pillows and sheets. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Perhaps only experience but pass 5 days recovering with antihistamines and antiniflamatorios and anti pain by bites of poisonous insects. If you insist on stay there, is not of that review within the pillows and between the sheets.
