Casa Arrayan

Helpful host, comfortable bed, equipped shared kitchen and attractive patio.
Central walkable location.
My only suggestion is the addition of more surface furnishings, i. E. Places to put you stuff, and a blanket.

Great wee crash pad, basic rooms but really clean and exactly what we needed. Staff super helpful.

The hotel was favorably situated near the city center but unfortunately situated in a less desirable neighborhood. While we were aware that the room lacked air conditioning, we were surprised by the stifling atmosphere within our accommodation. The patio area was noticeably cooler than our room, which felt like entering an oven due to the excessive heat and humidity. Despite running the fan at full speed, opening the windows, and leaving the door ajar, we were unable to achieve comfortable conditions. The hotel's proximity to the street resulted in persistent noise throughout the night and early morning. Furthermore, the hotel's location on a dimly lit street made the entrance to our room feel particularly dark. I attempted to inform the hotel staff of my concerns, but they were unwilling to allow me to cancel my second night's stay. Given the hotel's substandard amenities and location, I would strongly advise against staying there.

Overall I had a good stay. The hostess is very kind and on site often. The rooms are large and the hotel is located close to the central cathedral.
It is VERY VERY VERY loud until 4am each night (I stayed in the weekend) and did not sleep until 4am each night because of the noise from bands and djs next door. Shower water was either boiling hot or freezing cold so I waited until my next hotel to shower and there were no toiletries. Lastly, the outlets in my room were very loose and broke my phone charger when it fell out : (
A good deal for the price but I would book a quieter room next time for sure.

The attention and cordiality with which they receive their guests.
