The people who attend the parking lot are MEAN, a lord major, and another beard … that nasty not good for the tourism industry is not like working in a Hotel. Bad service … bad … rude looks that make us a favor and that is mutual …

A sober hotel, clean, quiet and in excellent condition, I get my expectations. Friendly reception staff, the restaurant meets without being anything extraordinary. The room was spacious and comfortable.

A very pleasant stay. Good sized room. There were 5 of us and they offered us an extra bed. Everything looks and smells clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The gym area and business room very nice. And it's central. Just be careful not to show cell phones or watches when walking the streets.

Clean and well located hotel. Large sized rooms are a plus if you are travelling with children. The front desk service is well above the average.

Great little hotel. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Bathroom has a large shower. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly. I also had the breakfast one day it is a good deal at 110 pesos. Good coffee, fresh squeezed juices, mix of hot and cold food.

This is a great hotel. Central location close to subway and the museum as well as the university. The rooms are large and big shower in the bathroom. The staff is very nice. I had the breakfast there one day and it was great. With very good coffee. I did not actually get to see the Casino part so I can't comment on that. I will defantilly stay here again.

Economic and Central but book on the Internet, if you get to the Frotdesk charge you as 20% more although they say it is promotional. The Breakfast buffet was very good.

Spent a week at this hotel recently. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly from the front desks, maid service to the onsite taxi drivers. A great place to stay downtown. Couldn't of asked for better service and an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to see the city.

Estuve una noche en el hotel, muy limpio, el staff es muy amable desde los recepcionistas, las ama de llaves, hasta las personas de cocina y meseras, lo único que no me gusta esque esta medio oscura la calle donde esta el hotel cuando es de muy noche, pero nadie me dio desconfianza, la verdad es un muy buen hotel y espero poder quedarme más noches cuando vuelva a GDL, como dicen todos los que se quedaron, la gente de staff siendo tan eficiente y amable es lo que mas sobresale del hotel, excelente servicio super atentos.

Spacious, clean and elegant rooms. The location is perfect because from one end you can go to the center or on the other side you can go to the atonement and tour the bars or restaurants that are located in the area. The cost and benefited are perfect.

Good hotel, like everything else, has its negative bits but overall this very well, it has clean bathrooms, good size beds, air conditioning, which once broke down but brought us a fan, very rich restaurant, taxi service, service to the Room, hot water, because there are hotels that are running out of water but in this no, the bathroom was broken, the chain broke but immediately they were to repair the service, how bad they left smelling the room a little cigar, but very good hotel up is Or, I recommend a lot if they have money availability, not very cheap but for the services is pretty good, also had closet, safe and iron for clothes, and a hair dryer, the bad thing is that the shower has transparent glass and looks all, but closing the key is no longer a problem.

I was only there to visit to my sister in law. The rooms looked spacious and the whole place looked clean and comfortable.

I was in the hotel from may 31 to June 6, 2017; the service was good, I had an incident that made me upset a lot. The Friday, June 2, the hotel am staying many young people, I think that they rented about 4 rooms, unfortunately for me one of these, contiguous to the mine, the whole night made lot of noise, crashing against doors, loud music, corrian in the corridor, cried out, in order to; very unpleasant! I called on 3 different occasions to the office. Quejandome by the noise, and they did not great thing to remedy the problem. Again, the noise was all night and morning. I hope that someone with a lot of authority read this, and train better their staff.

Great service, Buffet not so good.

Hotel staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Suite was clean but because I was in the front corner, I could hear the elevator machine humming constantly esp in the morning. Didn't mind the first night, I was too wiped out. Staff offered to move me but I already had set up my things, and did not want to repack to move to a similar suite. Restaurant food was so-so. Many good restaurants a block away at Juarez St. Hotel is centrally located and if you like papercrafts, you are in the right place. 5 minute walk to central plaza where everything is!

Excellent hotel. Great location. Great price. Great staff at front desk and porter Mario very helpful, cleaner Sophia very efficient. Good Buffet breakfast and will prepare a la carte without extra charge. Not a casino as you might expect but means it's an event centre. A small bar fridge in the room would have made it a perfect 5 star rating.

We had no problem with our reservation or our stay. The room was in great condition and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, as everything in the historical downtown area is within reach. Totally recommended for the value.

Very good for the price, you can park in place although it's a little tight. There's a restaurant in the first floor, so make sure that you get a room in a upper level, there's also a patio in the back (same thing first floor) I stayed over the weekend and there was a prom or something like that cause I was able to hear people clapping. But, besides that, I'll get back.

I was worried about the first review, things Geting stolen but I made sure their was cameras. Very nice hotel. Rooms was clean, friendly Spanish and English service. About ten blocks from the mercado, (market) I paid 39.00 for a double bed each night. Well worth it. I think I'm going to be staying here from now on.

My sister and my mom stayed in this hotel and they were robbed. Someone just got in the room and took their bags and got away. The management just didn't care and they accused my sister of setting it up. Please do not stay here.
