DON'T GO THERE!
Nice place but NOT AT ALL WHAT IS ADVERTISED, not as close to the beach as you can think seeing the pictures, finally a bit far from the centre, food not very great and pricy, and more than this the most HORRIBLE STAFF people in the whole village, maybe in all Mexico…
All of this for the price of a very nice hotel, looks like a big scam… There are way more better places around, maybe cheaper too and closer to the beach!

Beautiful house. Unfortunately the company who runs it is absolutely awful. This has been my worst travel experience in 30 years of travel. Do not stay here.
All the guest information here is true. There are far, far better places for the cost on Holbox. Stay away.

This House is amazing! Top! Very clean, organized, right next to the beach with a private beach, House is very small and has 4 rooms only, so even when there are other guests, you can feel as you would have it all pretty much for yourselve! The service is super nice, everyday I Got a message if everything is okay and invitation for breakfast and they Really wanted us to feel comfortable but the same time without interrogating our private space — Perfect communication! The only thing is that it is extremely expensive. As I was in September, which is out of season period, I Got a cheaper price, but if that would be a full price I would have never take it and seeing the place, definitely then it is not worth that price. Also continental breakfast that is included is a but ridiculous (especially for such a price) — it includes only toast bread and couple slices of fruit — this is definitely not a breakfast… But everything apart from it recommended 😍
I see the answer below and unfortunately I wasnt proposed any pastries, sausages or any of that. I am telling how I was served. Maybe in this case it is good to review the service proces.
