Absolutely loved it. The room was beautiful, well equipped, super clean. Great location walking distance from everything we needed. We got files with recommendations of resturants, activities etc.
Tora the cat always welcomed us and was just too cute 🤭 wish we had another night!
Only thing that could've been better — hot water were not so hot after one shower. I asked the girl at the reception to try and figure out the reason but she never got back to me about it.

The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff is nice. Although it is located in a central area on a quiet street, it is quite noisy because the rooms are practically without proper isolation.
What really upset me was the boat tour booked through the hotel. I paid a much higher price than the normal rate on the island. When I asked for an explanation, the girl at the reception told me it was supposed to be a “different” tour, but that was not true at all. The tours are standard for everyone on such a small island, so it was obvious I would find out. I felt misled and overcharged.

We really loved this place. We stayed there 3 nights and our suite was excellent. Stylish, modern, lovely. Definetly come back one day 😋

Nothing but good things to say about this spacious, clean, and beautifully detailed apartment with everything you need, even for the beach. I loved the beach bag 😍, beach towels, and of course all the kitchen essentials. Impeccably clean and with an atmosphere that makes saying goodbye really hard. Lovely hotel in the heart of holbox. We stayed in the king room, there was lots of space, light and fresh air. Well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully furnished. Wifi was temperamental, but worked when we needed and seems to be the case for the area. A/C not the best, but the ceiling fan was adequate to keep cool. Easy walk to beach and shops. Great value. We would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredible place to stay to enjoy proximity to the beach and town without depending on taxi that are a ripoff. 10 minutes walking or so to the ferry and 4 minutes to the beach. Rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV to connect Wi-Fi and showers are spacious with hot water. Daily service is provided and you have several bags to use for shopping and beach towels for the beach. Front Door is 24/7 secured with a pass lock keyless entrance for entry. Has nice decor and meticulously clean. Great customer service from the staff. Would 100% recommend.

What a great place!
We stayed for one week and loved the upstairs double room with kitchen and little balcony. The beach is down the road and a really sweet one, called Amaite, with a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner (the best meals we had on the island). The ferry walking distance too. A stroll away.
Front office reception service was both friendly and professional. Daily room clinic impeccable.
We got nice little extras like coffee, beach towels and a beach bag which came in handy.
Without hesitation I would (hopefully will! ) go back again.
It is easily a five star room and service. Much recommended my fellow travellers, whether you travel with friends or family.

One of the best apartments in my travel history. Spacious, equipped with everything I needed, CLEAN (! ), and with an outstanding team that helped with whatever I needed. Conveniently close to bars, beaches, grocery stores, and the town center.

We stayed at Hotel Aurora Holbox for a couple nights. It was very stylish and had comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach in Holbox. Close to great restaurants and the heart of the town. I definitely will be back! Thank you again!

Amazing place! This hotel is great for both short and long term stays. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 days and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily. They had a cold/hot filtered water station available for refills. The room included a beach bag and beach towels that you could borrow. We booked the master suite with the kitchen so there was a fridge, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, dishes. The air conditioner worked great. The location is safe and convenient, not too close to the busy part of the island but not too far either. Thanks to Tora and Carlos for an amazing stay :) We will be back!
