We stayed at Hotel Misión Pachuca on September 25th in rooms 220 and 221. Unfortunately, the experience left a very bad impression. My wife accidentally left her wallet in room 221, and we also forgot a pair of Crocs in room 220. When we contacted the hotel, they claimed that they found the Crocs in room 222 a room we never stayed in and that the wallet was nowhere to be found.
I understand that it was our mistake to forget these items, but the way the situation was handled makes me believe the wallet was intentionally kept. The lack of accountability and the confusing responses from staff left us feeling that the hotel is not trustworthy. For peace of mind and honesty, I cannot recommend staying here.
