ESDUMA HK HOTEL Pachuca

The hotel offers underground parking as well as several spaces in front of the building. Many guests describe the parking as limited in size, cramped, and difficult to maneuver. It is also noted that the entrance may not be obvious to new guests, as the door is closed and there is a lack of appropriate signage.

Most guests describe the staff as very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reception staff and waitresses are particularly praised. Nevertheless, there were isolated complaints about one indifferent restaurant employee and an extremely negative review regarding the behavior of a night security guard, who was aggressive and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay and receives very high ratings for taste, variety, and beautiful presentation. Guests note that the dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients, the portions are hearty, and the menu is diverse. There is also an option to order breakfast directly to your room.

The hotel features a restaurant with a kitchen led by international chef Franco Maddalozzo, with service described as high-class and efficient. However, please note that the restaurant only operates for breakfast, and there is no full dinner service available in the evenings.

According to some guests, the internet at the hotel is unstable and experiences periodic outages.

The soundproofing in the hotel is inconsistent. Guests on the upper floors (for example, the 4th floor) experienced no noise issues, while in rooms on the lower floors and those facing the main road, street traffic noise is clearly audible.

Guests are very satisfied with the comfort of the beds and pillows, noting their convenience. The rooms are described as spacious, modern, and functional, with working air conditioning. Among the suggestions were the lack of full office chairs with back support and the need to update some interior elements, such as curtains that do not completely block out the light.

The majority of reviews mention high standards of cleanliness and order in the rooms, corridors, and elevators. However, there are some critical remarks: some guests found dust, cobwebs on the windows, stains on towels, a clogged sink drain, and even unchanged bed linens with a water bottle left by a previous guest.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning that ensures a comfortable temperature. The main drawback is the inability to open windows for natural ventilation, and some guests found the exhaust fans in the bathrooms to be insufficiently powerful.

The hotel has a functioning elevator, making access to rooms with luggage easier. There is also a special ramp provided for wheelchair access.
