Very clean, spacious room. Very good value for money.
The food in the restaurant was awful; my meal was dry and inedible. The chicken tasted like it had been reheated for far too long.

Very good location, the attention of the staff is outstanding, the food is of good quality. I would definitely stay at this nice hotel again.

This place is a hidden treasure. Staff is gracious and very accommodating. Centrally located and easy access to transportation as well as multiple restaurants.

There is no elevator so take into account if traveling with a person with a disability.

The hotel is beautiful, very tasteful. The rooms well-appointed and quiet. The TV programming somewhat disappointing because all foreign films and shows are dubbed🤮.

This hotel links and feels like a new one. It is very very comfortable. More than a few I have been I chose some preferences on therir website and so happy they respected that.

Really a place that I highly recommend to escape the city and have a few days of true rest.

Hotel is clean. Although a hard bed may be of the like of some, not me. Excelent price. The service from the hotel staff is 5-stars… really happy with them.

I’ve been to other best westerns in USA and the one in Pachuca is by far the best. It’s more upscale than the others.

Just spent some hours in a business trip, but it was comfortable and meals at the restaurant very good with fair prices.
Staff is very kind and tries to make your stay pleasant.

This is the place to stay if you are looking for cleanliness and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are available at extra cost. Pool was clean. You are greeted with every staff interaction.

You need to improve two aspects:
A) The room cards must work properly. It is not good to arrive at your assigned room and not be able to open it because the card access is inactive.

My preferred hotel in Pachuca. Yuri a great manager. Restaurant staff are awesome.
Fun and stadium can be seen just beside from this. Mandatory evening walks to feel the breeze and join pickle ball.

Room smelled kind of funny, maybe because of the carpet, but I always carry my sanitizer and the problem was solved.
Staff was very friendly and the buffet could be better.

Absolutely love the Gamma Hotel Pachuca! We have been here 2 full weeks going on our 3rd week and sadly our last before going back to the U. S… I love it here and feels like home and family!

One of the best hotels in Pachuca, with the same kind man running it from over 5 years ago when I stayed here last.
