Very nice room with terrace. It's a very tasty breakfast. Nice pool and close ocean.

Enjoyed our stay here. Stopped in an elite room which had a great terrace but was dated inside. Restaurants served good food with friendly staff. The swimming pools were great but there was not much of anything else to do by means of entertainment.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was beyond terrible. The rooms are old, smell bad and dirty. We asked for a quiet room and we got the room next to the elevator infront of the ice machine. We asked for another room, they asked for more money of course. The food is terrible and also. It is really expensive. The beach is full of dead fish and trash. Try Las Brisas or any other hotel is probably more worth it and cheaper.

Three pools, a small playground for children. Gym. Excellent attention. The normal food. The rooms a little bit sloppy.

I loved their pools and the tranquility of the place. Their meat food very good. I'll definitely be back. Happy grandchildren.

The hotel is no longer like the images they advertise. It's sloppy, the only thing more or less decent is the Lobby. From there on out the old rooms and there is no deep cleaning. It is not 5 star hotel as they say, at a lot of 3. Pool service is almost non-existent, you have to wait a long time for a waiter to deign to go.
The prices expensive for what it is, more than 2000 the night and it doesn't even include breakfast. It's separate for about 350 pesos. One day I consumed in the pool 1 whey, 1 guacamole and 1 beer and went out in almost 300 pesos.
The beach is overrun with livers that rent the Palapa for 300 to be close to the sea… because the hotel's lounge chairs are very far. You can't even see the seaside.
Lousy experience.

For the second time I forgot an article inside the room and unfortunately things disappear. Ethics and honesty do not exist and the security and trustworthiness or their lights. Too bad they steal! The service to decayed a lot, before it was nice.

I like the place is nice for families. The pools are always available. The morning buffet always the best, only surpassed by the evening. Maybe more attention on the beach and pests like ants near the pool. However it is an excellent choice. You can even visit the Princess and the Imperial world as part of the courtesies. Beautiful place.

It was a wonderful stay! Worth it! Quiet place with no crowds, clean pools, rich food just that expensive… and there is no "All inclusive" so it is better to eat and/or dine outside to find a good variety and above all a good cost/benefit. The price of the drinks was changing day by day… a drink (the same drink) cost us one day $70.00, another day $60.00 and the last day $50.00… So apart from expensive, also the price is "variable"…
But the facilities are padrísimas, there is security at all times (which is priceless! ), everything in the room worked properly and above all the staff treatment is excellent!

An excellent resort style hotel with a private beach. Plenty of different areas to sit or swim. If you only speak English ask for Abraham at reception, made the transaction extremely easy. All resort staff go out of their way to say hello and help you out.

It has all the services: a great variety of green areas, swimming pools, exit diracta to the sea, shop, restaurants, bar. Highly recommended to rest and spend an extraordinary holiday.

The hotel is awesome, I went for the tropics event 2017 and the stay is Super Recomendadísima. It has a swimming pool, access to the beach and includes breakfast. The rooms very comfortable and in general a very pleasant experience.

Divine, I love it. Very nice people… all very rich and with the novelty that in the villas of the Imperial world you can bring to you something that I love. I recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms go as reserved but the one that touched us was good, clean and with all the necessary, just a detail the ice dispenser of our floor did not work but the other if so it was only that, the staff very friendly from the arrival and In the course of the visit, the clean beach and enough lounge chairs for the guests, the pools of the hotel well only the main one a little cold, what I liked about the hotel is that you can go to the other hotels of the chain like the Princess and Resort to enjoy the Amenida Des, pools and beach as well as the transportation that is free between hotels. There are always things to improve but in particular the hotel is very nice, the breakfast rich and varied.

I would recommend eat outside the hotel, the food is pretty mediocre and very expensive. Also the Wi-Fi is really slow.

I loved the hotel, the facilities are amazing, the service is great, I spent Christmas there and the atmosphere became very father, I would only ask that it will not end so quickly. But for everything else, excellent! Congratulations. I totally recommend it.

Sadly since it stopped belonging to the Fairmont hotels each time it has declined the hotel maintenance, the rooms in particular, old sinking mattresses, unpleasant smelling bathrooms, the rusty bath curtains rings, dripping in the Sink, the individual handle in a shower is not suitable.
It leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are very friendly, but the facilities require a lot of attention and investment. Too bad, because it's really worth the area. It is not a cheap hotel to have it in those conditions.
I hope you take these comments into account.

Rooms were pretty good with lots of space, clean bathrooms, good AC and decent TV sets. I went as part of a group for an event and even though we were promised contigous rooms and checked in early one of the rooms was in a separate buildig and staff would not allow accessing each other's rooms. Cleaning staff did a good job except for towels, they would take out the dirty ones but not leave new ones in place in two rooms in two separate buildongs. The only way to get new ones was to call reception.

Excellent attention, the best beaches and the cleanest in all Acapulco.

We had the Sunday brunch at the Pierre and stayed for a swim. The staff was courteous, helpful and made sure we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious — a large variety of specialties on the buffet and delicious drinks. We relaxed after and swam in one of the pools. A delightful way to spend a Sunday!

We went for a wedding. In general the girl looks great. All the common areas are in great shape. The wedding was in the beach so we had a great scenery!

It is recommended to go by own car or taxi as the massive public transport is scarce.

Your beach has a beautiful view and although it is not exclusive, there are not many visitors and no one makes you uncomfortable.

Excellent view to the sea. Clean and functional pools especially if you are traveling with children. Beach clean and safe lifeguard and guard. Good quality food.

The beds are horrible, the water is not hot enough, the rooms smell a lot of humidity, the room service is lousy and expensive, the beach area is dirty and sloppy, the TV has few channels.

It was a beautiful with good service, but not your typical resort with lots of crowd and events by the swimming pool. Feels like city is under the siege, army every 50-70 meters. The ocean and the bay looked amazing!

This hotel is my favourite in Acapulco Diamante, because it's really calm and exclusive.

Well although the now buffet is scarce and drinks not included. They also reduced the same time only 4 hours.
