The Pierre is one of the best hotels in Mexico. The staff has been there for 20+ years, they all have perfected their service.

The hotel retains its' timeless charm, with a superb location at the Revolcadero Beach in Acapulco.

Great place to stay at Acapulco. I recommend to rent a car at the airport. Surely you’ll get a good deal. Cheaper to go to and from at the hotel. Taxis are really expensive.

Great hotel and service! Enjoyed the private pool, beach club and food service. Breakfast is great too! I also loved the sunset bar and jeeps that took you from place to place.

I'm not so sure how to review this hotel, the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming, I mean: I have never ever in Mexico been welcomed by the bar-tender from the pool bar with a refreshing drink

Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean, orderly, comfortable with AC and TV. The grounds were very well kept and lovely. Beautiful pool, nice outdoor and indoor restaurants.

We’ve been here for 3 days and I could say it’s your average 4 star hotel. Views are incredible, location is pretty good, food is okayish.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by everyone and were provided info about our stay.

Love my stay here, super quiet with lots of places around to eat, best of all it's petfriendly.

Everything: room was clean, ample and new. Location was great, close to amazing taco place and a super market. The pool was lovely, it had an area with sand near the pool, which my 4 year old loved.

Absolutrly delicious. Great quality food. Ingredients fantastic. If you are in Acapulco, visit Mitzuni Restaurant. The staff: Julian &Erica were so great hosts and made the best recommendations.

This hotel is located conveniently near Tio Alex restaurant — about 350 meters. It has a great pool for kids. The best part is that it is a reasonable value. Now for specific drawbacks.

I wish the resort and Acapulco to recover as fast as possible after this terrific storm. Fiesta Americana is very good resort to go with your family.

Hotel was great. It was very clean and the house keeping did an excellent job. The location was amazing with restaurants, night clubs and small mini marts very close, within walking distance.

When we first arrived, nobody asked to help out with all our stuff in to the hotel, the security man told us we couldn't bring a small cooler inside.

This place was nice, but the room was very small. The breakfast was really quite good, though I wasn't a huge fan of the fruit they provided. It was close to the beach, which was awesome.

Stay here for a week in a business trip plus couple of days to unwind after.

This is a great place to get away. The staff are alert and attentive to your needs in the pool and restaurant area. Also the food in the restaurants are better than the pool food menu options.

Great location across from a beautiful beach! Room was great but didn’t have any pots or pans which made the kitchenette useless. Rooms are spacious and pool area is clean.

A very friendly hotel. Clean and comfortable, close to everything and with access to the most beautiful and traditional beach in Acapulco, Caleta.

Excellent option to stay in Acapulco, has everything at your fingertips, the attention is very good and the Buffet is certainly delicious is completely worth it, 10/10

Love this hotel. We had such great time here when we were in Acapulco at the beginning of 2026. The rooms are very nice and fresh and had an amazing view over the bay of Acapulco.
