Very nice place, just didn’t like the fact that they did not let me access the bar, it was supposedly full. While in front of the gate I had to call to make a reservation, it took me 2 minutes, was not a big deal. I was finally able to get in with my reservation. Once at the bar, my mother in law and I weee the ONLY people there. Why they said it was full and made me call to reserve? Same for the restaurant, it was completely empty, only one table was busy… Maybe they want to look like they are very busy and exclusive, that’s why they make you call. Other then that it’s a very nice place, the view is breathtaking.

The hotel is spectacular, the attention is very good, the food is regular and the prices VERY high. The reason for giving it 3 stars is that you are charged additional costs when checking out. I have no problem with paying for services, but I do have a problem with deceptions and "omissions" of information.

Update 22/Aug/2018. We contacted to apologize for the improper charge, and proceeded to refund my card.

I never imagined a paradise but like this; it is a real change of concept in the enjoyment of our wonderful port of Acapulco and the appreciation of space beyond its beaches. This is the real concept to overcome the great tourism and turn it into luxury and enjoyment. The best option to enjoy a holiday to the full extent of the word.

This place is magical, surrounded by nature and you can breathe peace and harmony. The staff is very friendly and the service is impeccable. Definitely recommended if you travel as a couple because it inspires romanticism and is ideal to celebrate love.

Definitely one of the most beautiful places in Acapulco. The view. Facilities. Service. Everything is harmonic to the environment. They had great details for the mobility of my mother who is an older person and a top-notch attention. Only saffron restaurant if you have much to improve, in number of staff serving and in flavor of the dishes. And hopefully take care of the volume their kitchen staff works at as you hear everything they say, especially when they shout "two more are here"

It has been one of the best hotels where I could stay, the attention, the service, the food, the place the truth is a paradise the truth is worth being there and enjoy all the facilities highly recommended for the moon of a thousand, and to get out of the routine and enjoy the pool q is located in the room and enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Situado en punta diamante, con un concepto tailandés con villas individuales todo personalizado y con una vista espectacular es muy a doc para lunamieleros o alguien que quiera una privacidad absoluta. Esos son los pro y los contras es no tiene playa, el precio es el más caro de Acapulco 750dolares por noche y está muy aislado no puedes salir e ir a un centro comercial etc. Caminando.

Acapulco has lost the charm it had for so much insecurity and violence, however getting to this hotel you feel with all the peace of the world. Amazing place with unsurpassed views, the rooms with their private pool are the best, it is a paradise. The spa in the same way a ricura, everyone's attention is superb. No doubt it makes the best hotel in Acapulco.

The staff has a unique quality besides that the spot and the view that gives us the sea is also unique I find it a wonderful place to spend this holiday time to foreigners I recommend this hotel as it is one of the best of all Guerrero the Desay service One and food is fast and favorable also caught my attention the activities that are performed outside the Hotel seems to me to be a very good place and where you do not discriminate 100% recommended congratulations on your work.

The hotel is wonderful although it does not have beach each suite has pool overlooking the beautiful sea and mountain and the best of services has high quality restaurants.

Luxury service, buffet food of excellent quality, luxury menu. A privileged location that allows you to have a view of the Bay of Puerto Marqués and the open sea.

A unique place in Acapulco because of its location right where Punta Bruge culminates. So you have the Pacific Ocean with all its splendor in your sight as well as being in a preserved area where you are in contact with natural vegetation! In physical space there is but one. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. But it is still worth the whole experience of the site!

How anyone could observe imperfection at Banyan (Cabo Marques) escapes me. Completely impressed. I am a world traveler and have been disappointed in many five star establishments. Not Banyan. Perhaps it is the stunning geography or incredibly designed villas that made me fall in love. And the staff… wow. Each and every employee was delightful and more than kind and helpful. Any request was immediately provided. The accoutrements incredible. Clearly designed with taste, quality, and dimensional to maximize views. The grounds, beautiful. The spa, ridiculously talented and kind staff with gorgeous private villas. Further, I find important but usually don’t find; here are luxurious sheets and pillows, consistent high speed Wi-Fi, multiple convenient outlets, solid, well designed furniture and decor, and the lighting. No prison LED lights here. Auto blackout curtains were hard to put down to close off view, but exciting to raise in the morning. The pool was cleaned daily. Not one bug or exotic species around (except mosquitoes which they provide spray for). Everything was incredible. Thank you Banyan Trees, I will never forget and will be back. — Emily Hergenreter.

Beautiful facility. Rooms are great and the view is spectacular. Great service by Luis Enrique — the waiter that did our in room “parrilada” as well as a driver, Luis. They went above and beyond! Negative — phone was broken, mini bar was broken. I called to get these fixed twice, and neither were ever fixed. Also, I arranged transportation with the hotel to and from the hotel and my return flight was at 630 am, but when I called to confirm my pick up time (no one had confirmed and thankfully I thought of it at 830 pm the number guy before the flight), and they had me set fOr 6 am… for a 630am international flight. The lady I spoke to could not understand why I would want an earlier ride to the airport. She finally said, “ well then what time do you want a ride”. Also, breakfast service was bad. The older waiter at the breakfast was extremely rude and condescending — he was the only truly rude person we ran in to at the hotel. Overall a nice hotel, but service and food need work. I would return for the facilities, which are amazing. However, the staff needs work.

This hotel is in the diamond area has a Thai concept is very exclusive, lots of green areas a total contact with nature with a spectacular view, these are the pros and cons yes it has no beach and is very isolated from the fun places or eating centers Rciales etc.

Amazing resort! 5 stars all the way, impeccable service. I came there for a swim competition and they took amazing care of me. This place is super safe too. Private villas with your own private pool. Albeit you can't do laps in it:) but that's what the ocean is for. This place is gorgeous! Not as crazy about Acapulco though.
