Is a great rooms, great atmosphere,

Facilities ok and regular food, but lousy customer service! From reception, room service, television control did not work, it was almost 10 in the morning and there were no towels available in the pool area that because they had had an event and there was no availability, many times they gave you other drinks that you did not ask for because they had simply already run out. Very limited variety of food, rude and bad waiters, we went to the specialty restaurant and it took 40 min to serve the main dishes we ordered and we asked the waiter and he told us "right now it comes" and so on. Until we complain to the "head waiter" who to top it off was the same with little responsiveness to the problem, and they still get angry. For a hotel of that category was terrible customer service! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

Magdalena, María Linda, the waiters José Mariscal, Gerardo Cavena and Viridiana Mercado, Since we arrived everyone treated us very well we had no complaints. The hotel has a private beach, 2 pools of which 1 is saltwater. Vositenlo will not regret it.

Great personal service and very honest staff 👌🏼 Forgot to lock my safe with passport, jewelry, 💰, computer and more valuables…got back 8 hrs later to find a note that they had security come in to lock the safe and that I needed to call front desk so security could come & unlock it back for me! I’m very grateful to them all 🇨🇼🙏🏼🇲🇽

They have very bad service, they do not warn of the prices, they charge for having your car, you do not have the minimum of bathroom accessories, there was no hot water, it does not have ac in most of the hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it!

Good place excellent attention only that you must take into account that when you have many guests in a specific area you must put additional staff otherwise very good hotel all inclusive and congratulations to the young david salinas of the lobby bar that iso the impossible to perfectly serve my family.

VERY FRIENDLY ALL THE STAFF out there the food is the same they have no variety in the menu old facilities and very insistent in the vip service.

Very nice hotel but it is very late the reception I had to wait 2 hours and they commented that they did not know how much they were going to take longer, mentioning that it recovered on departure. The service is not very good except for a few waiters. But to be a Dreams hotel it did not seem since I had traveled to its different brands. I certainly wouldn't come back.

Very bad service, everything is very late, the hotel and its amenities are very nice but the service is not good, eh received better attention in hotels with fewer stars.

Terrible experience! The staff has no attitude of service, they have many absurd restrictions in the pools! Poor quality food and wine! I don't recommend it at all!

The atmosphere is nice and the staff very friendly.

There is no room for the disabled, there are not enough ramps. They make you wait a long time to eat or have breakfast.
I do recommend it to people who do not use a wheelchair.

This resort is amazing! I’ve been several times and the staff is extremely thoughtful and caring. Everyone treats you with respect and is very kind. They have an amazing pool and private beach space! Excellent service and definitely kid friendly! David at the lobby bar is amazing! Estella the restaurant manager is very accommodating! Cenebio is the best server as well!

They gave us a hotel room, the bathroom was dirty full of 💩, the food lacks zason the truth if it is incipida, the snak give very little menu and do not let take the food to where one is enjoying, because they do not put staff or waiters who are picking up the garbage, it is all inclusive! Or put trash cans nearby, then I asked for an umbrella for the lounge chairs came to put it and I saw it loose we went to eat, when we returned we found things closed lying there, a person told us that the umbrella had flown, then they opened it and it was still loose and my baby flew again almost the beak fell in the eye because the umbrella on his face fell on him, That is negligence.

The attention was very good, Mr Cutbelio at breakfast and Saul at the meal in cuts, his attention was excellent!
Regarding the room, the bed super comfortable, excellent!

They lack recreational activities.
I recommend it to be a few days, they need variety in their menu, if you stay several days you have to repeat.
THE REASONS WHY I WOULDN'T BE COMING BACK…
*They are too insistent on having a talk to offer their services Type timeshares, real they harass you! It's very annoying, even though you tell them no!
*Lack of information regarding the designated pet areas, when we arrived we were told that only in a restaurant could my pet access and that I could not enter the beach area but then the waiters told us that IF they have access IN ALL RESTAURANTS but they have a designated area and referring to beach IF THEY HAVE ACCESS.

I absolutely love ❤️ the service that Cenebio the waiter and Estella the manager at the restaurant give on a daily Basis! They both go out of their way to make sure that we have everything we need it is 10 on 10! At the lobby Bar David is the best! A better variety of food would be appreciated, but if you ask they will get it if they can. Been many times and still love it 😍

Excellent service, of which I want to recognize the Captain of waiters Gamboa, has an excellent team of work, especially Mr. Agustín Fernando, who attended us wonderfully, with a lot of respect and courtesy.

Even though the Dreams Acapulco chain is good, they unfairly fire their workers because of false accusations.
as the accusations that some guests claim that hotel staff take their things as the accusations made by mrs. Irma that enves of unfairly accusing those people who day after day go to work to carry out the sustenance as their homes honestly accuse innocent people of stealing their things instead of asking their grandchildren (@), children (@), and nephews if they were not the ones who took their things and unfairly accuse those innocent people who by those accusations are left thousands of people without work and without a sustenance for their home😡😠😡

Attention, good clean food, excellent safety protocols to avoid contagions except that in my stay they never fixed the phone in the room.

I didn't have high expectations. However I was surprised! Very nice hotel, excellent service always making a difference, very rich food, pools, rooms and hotel in general very clean! It's really worth sometimes you let yourself be carried away by bad reviews and there's no way to check it yourself!

Buffet was just ok, not too much to offer in the in general but the sweets (crepes, waffles, pancakes, etc) are pretty decent. You can eat a lot better for the same amount of money around the city…

It is a beautiful Hotel, located on the coast. The attention of most receptionists is attentive and always punctual

The hotel is impecable. The pool is incredible and is right in the Acapulco bay. The service is generally good even though they didn't found our reservation for 20 minutes.

The room was dirty when I was handed it over. They made me change to a younger one. The reception people have a lousy service. And they already charge you the parking separately. Room rates go up to whatever they like. Too bad.

The service was not good at the reception because they took 2 hours to assign me a room. The rooms comfy but the tub was not working fine. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

They had some flaws, but it's understandable from everything that's happened in Guerrero in general. Because of the lack of visitors, there was little investment in certain things. But overall everything is fine. Recommended. We have to keep visiting that beautiful port.

The facilities are old, but overall the staff very friendly tries to make up for the fact.

Excellent location. Near everything, specially the best night club's. All rooms very clean, and excellent service provided by the workers. All the information is in various languages, so you will be able to easily reach what you are looking for. I recommend you to hang a cab to go to diamond zone and Majahua beach, because is the only far place.

Very Nice room Nice view we touched the 18th floor and the rooms are remodeled very parents and especially clean the buffet. And very rich services I recommend this Hotel.

The rooms are fine. They are newly renovated and are very spacious, with balcony and sea view (I think all), the downside is that the restaurant is very expensive and bad, you rent the Palapas on the beach and the lounges (Ybse make call luxury hotel). Also, the facilities are OK but they could be better. Good location. The service is decent.

It has a good location, the rooms have good space and the view is very nice.
The door to my room looked rusty and the furniture was very old and dirty, they need to maintain the pool because of some sides the floor is rasposo.

Nice hotel, the reception just needs a little remodeling but all right, spacious rooms and excellent ocean view, the only one but it would be that to give you the room still having reservation already paid it is a little delayed compared to other hotels.

Generally a decent hotel, location, pool, beach etc. Breakfast buffet was ok. Sadly the hotel still claims to be a 5 star hotel, which it isn't, and anyone coming here, believing that's what they will get will only be disappointed. This is a decent and value for money 4 star hotel.

Walk to the beach. Location Bad that there is no minibar included in the rooms (they take you with extra cost) facilities in excellent condition. Parking lot, all super cute!

Good: location, clean, bed very comfortable, a view to the sea, beautiful, the pools clean, although lack maintenance. Bad that they took to collect the dirty rates of the coffee, they charge the cot and the chairs to be on the beach, that should be included, and that they do not let pass a soda or a snack.

I loved it! It is a good hotel the super cute pools the lounge chairs at sunset are lo. Best! Very clean, friendly, good service in every aspect, place to pray and the food very rich truth I highly recommend!

The hotel generally "good" their rooms well (1703) and on New Year (2107), I have gone there since It was Hyatt, with the change of management, have been inflexible in several respects, and that borders on the harthazion of the user (customer), today That I just returned was so from Snice that do have valet parking one has to take the car to the parking lot, they are highly rude if someone takes food that does not end in some restaurant that does not belong to the hotel and ends up in the trash, in these times that is unacceptable!, when this is already known and you adapt to avoid conflicts, the stay becomes more bearable, I have also been in another hotel (Fiesta Americana) to give an example and the same valet guys get you into the room if you bought some food since it counts in some every rooms with kitchenette, of course it is clear to me that your attitude is very different, that I try to say, that your marketing is perhaps wrong, with your attitude you will not get people to consume at all times inside the hotel, the food that you offer, I found them acceptable, but do not make a company policy a way to keep your customers away! Really pay attention to the comments, I've read other comments and they only come out with a response that leaves a lot to be desired!

This nice place, the shower of the room that touched me, was dirty, there are vigilantes all over the pool with radios so that you do not think about consuming something you did not buy in the hotel, do not take your eyes and look in the pool to the owners of some cooler to say They can't have it there, even if they're not using it.

Over the last 15 years, (formerly the Hyatt) have organized many, many conventions, dinners, events and even our family dining at this wonderful Hotel. Good accommodations and excellent services, with a very professional Groups and Conventions staff. Although we lived within walking distance of the Hotel,, even had a getaway weekend with my wife, and it was NOT a comp! My daughter got married on the beach at the Hotel, with the corresponding reception, all 300 guests were attended superbly. Although I had since moved to SoCal, a participation in a recent 4 day convention at the Hotel went flawlessly. Of course the food, accommodations and SERVICE excellent as always. As a professional in the hotel business, can absolutely bestow the highest recommendation to the Grand Hotel for any business, convention or vacation requirement.

It is an excellent place to rest, have fun and enjoy.

We waited from 11 am until 5 pm to enter the room. Never happened, we got kicked out from the hotel because of my boyfriend’s “aggressive” behavior (he only said that he’s pissed of because of the wait). The worst service ever.

Pleasant place in facilities, the rooms remain to duty… they are very clowns and demanding to prevent that drinks and food enter to the pool area and rooms, so they should be of demanding to clean their rooms where there are cockroaches. I don't recommend it.

Gran Turismo Hotel, in the traditional area of the port of Acapulco, has a beach area and two pools, one of them with saltwater, in addition to having a shallow pool space for the little ones. Its restaurant serves good buffet. The rooms are comfortable and with a beautiful view to the bay.

Lousy experience! I had been staying there but this time we were in old rooms and lack of maintenance, not counting the unpleasant smell of humidity and bathrooms with dirty walls. The sad thing is that the staff also leaves a lot to be desired! They were very rude on several occasions with the group I went to. I would never go back or recommend it!

Hotel is beautiful! There are people who speak English when you call the desk. Pool area is very nice and very clean. They don't let you bring your own water or food in though. And they only give you three bottles… no re-supply.

Great place for Family, great view, shower pressure, 2 queen beds. Room 1112. Spent 5 days walk to a lot of great Places. Local bus transportation is the way to Travel,, Taxis are way over price especially if you smell n look like a Tourist. Great beach n pool at your door steps.

I did not find that the parking is charged for each night of lodging, that rent the lounge chairs and lounges on the beach of the hotel to the guests and that they do not let you go up to the room or in the air of the pool the rows. My wife and son woke up bitten by some critter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very good, the pool was very nice and the atmosphere was very close to shops, restaurants, etc. If your plan is completely familiar it is an excellent choice.

It's a nice hotel with good security. Dissapointed in the lack of the basic necessities upon check in and even 2 days later. Breakfast buffet is good. My rating is 3.5 stars.

A lot of stairs and elevators crowded, but appropriate location and good beach. New remodeled rooms are a plus.

The facilities are good, however they can improve the elevators and update the rooms. Cant complaint about the view to the bay and the beach.

The good things about it were, location, room's space, balcony and staff's attention. The bad things, only 2 pooles, old bathroom and the bed was a little noisy.

Only have been for the Sunday Brunch but we absolutley LOVE it. They make omelets, delicious crepes, waffles in front of you to order. Very nice selection. Service is quick with clearing plates. Would get 5 stars however it is very busy and some of the guests could be very pushy and rude. Highly recommended for Brunch buffet however, I don't think you can find a nicer one in the area. The pool area looks beautiful, but definitely a busy place.

As I got there I noticed all the bag boys are very eager to grab your suitcases or give you directions to the front desk. Be aware check out is super late. They said 3 but the lady cleaning my room was not done till 4. The bag boys will throw your luggage around and slam your suitcases around and leave them out in the open with just a ticket on top. They want you to go try the pool or beach at this time. I would not recommend you leave your things out in the open if you brought anything important. Check in took very long. They also did not tell me that you need to insert your card in to the operating system when you walk in so I moved everything around to see why the TV didn't work or why my lights don't work. When I walked to the front the gentlemen at the front just laughed and explained to me that nothing works if you don't plug in your card at the control panel near the door. The view was beautiful. The slamming of all the doors were super annoying. The room service was great. But be prepared to pay cash or credit card. Oh and the room service guy will either take your money to give you change or your card then return. So I suggest to carry cash. The look and feel of the entire place was super outdated and kind of dirty. The only reason to stay would be the view.

Hotel while you already have age in perfect condition, very clean pools, food very good, if you choose the all inclusive, the downside is that it ends at 11. Oopm the sevice of bar, the beach enjoy it early, since by the location there are little people.

Arriving to the hotel and the attention for Chek in terrible me attended it Ms Sabina Gomez and I said to them 9 that I reaches that was to check if already had vacated the room are 11.02 and still waiting.

Is a hotel cosy, that despite denote that has some decades of antiquity, is a space that continuous being functional, thanks to the effort of the people that work in it. Rooms are comfortable and usually perform the services one expects to have and where required something that inadvertently been overlooked, fix it as soon as. The pool always is clean. The food is rich. It is relatively close to shopping centres, bars and shops of different species. Definitely we left with a good flavor of mouth.

Good hotel, great services but they charge you for things that one would think they are included in the price. Pool and shore close too early. Very strict in some rules (when they want to) like entering with food but sometimes people enter even with groceries.

I loved it all: the service at the reception, the breakfast is amazing and the food that there is here not mention all very rich, warm and flavorful. Super recommended. The workers very kind and attentive. The pools are very good and there are competitions to participate can be gained from a food to a dinner.

Everytime I go to Acapulco I settle in this hotel. For my all is excellent!, the views, the beach and the arberca. All very well! I give it 5 stars.

I liked the food and the service offer concerning the buffet, they have variety and more than that very good seasoning. My only malestae the day I went, the bathroom was very dirty. Out of that whole very well.

Poor maintenance conditions, elevators rugs (if it is that that can call mat) give disgust, they charge you the parking lot 70 pesos per night and also the palapa on the beach 100 pesos a day. Travel back in time Im what you can call a frecuent fligher, or frecuent hoteler if you can call it that way and never do reviews on hotels unless they are really good or really bad. And in this case I do it to advise others to stay away from this hotel. I cant believe in staying at the same hotel of those good reviews (4.5 points average at the time im writing). I giving 2 stars, 1) because of location and view; and 2) because of the friendly staff. Te rest is horrible, it looks like it hasnt beeb renovated since the 70's or 80's The AC never went below 24 — 25 C no matter the setting. The bathroom is disgusting with a blackish thing in between the tiles that I can only imagine as mold. The water coming out of the shower was brown, they tried to explain the the power went off so the brown watter was from the tanks, I dont know how that helps (as it means the tanks are dirty) but that was their explanation. There are not enoght electrical conections fot modern devices (laptops, phones, etc) Its only been 2 nights and I still dont know when the ferry that cleans the coffemaker and bring the new supplies. The shower was leaking and I had someone come and fix it quicky. Extra star for service, but minus 1 star for being faulty in the first time. I hope this review helps others.

It took hours to deliver towels, several times to report failures of light, evil facing the maid and to finish off not served by the elevator quizieron buy with sandwichitos bad echos. And the breakfast buffet. Already knew that it had to with the. Eyes closed.

Were my partner and I staying in this hotel and was very pleasant stay from the reception of the car to rooms, lobby, pool, beach etc. Taking care of every detail for q the guest this satisfied during your stay. Really recimendable.

I accommodate there acovo I was 4 days and I love it is the hotel of choice when I visit acapulco apart that we all close as mandara paladin and an excellent atebcion and the room that we had had an excellent view well grand hotel still so.

Nice and elegant hotel, however the service is somewhat apathetic; the beach restaurant is quite slow and although facilities are something old is very clean. They were effectively and efficiently an anomaly with the door of the room.

I I will host in September 2013, just two weeks after the hurricane, I was on the 12th floor, unfortunately the room that we had had invasion of bedbugs on the mattresses, so we ask room change and they gave us another on the same floor, which was without this problem, should be more careful and spray / more periodically, clean the buffet always the same dishes during the week, the end is a little better. I would come back if there is another option.
