It is economical despite being in an area very close to the beach, but for the same price or even less you can stay in a hotel a little more retired and with much better conditions, the reception (in my case) did not receive payment with card and only cash, I do not respect the price of my reservation, the air conditioner can not be adjusted, although good TV has pay TV service, Internet service by Wi-Fi (request the password in reception), the room not in very good condition but clean, it has a swimming pool and they let you in with food because it doesn't have a phone to ask for room service.

From my side exceeded the expectations, the staff super cool and have several restaurants Sercanos and you can take the food to the hotel, I really liked it, I would definitely go back.

Cheap but more like motel passing than a place where you can take the family. They did not respect promotions, I spoke to book double room, they told me to get to the hotel no problem, and the moment they tell me there are only singles. The area is I sure, if there is public transport, it is not near the beach, no food nearby, nor do they offer food at the hotel. The traffic to get out to the boardwalk is a lot. There are other hotels of the same price or cheaper, with better conditions.

It is a great hotel to be in family, plus it has a good location close to the sea and the beach, it is a dignified hotel for price and quality plus a very friendly service.

Very very small The room for the EU charged. For the pool there are Q climb a series of stairs that go through two air conditioning (which is outside) and is very hot. I'M terrified of those escaleritas. To Some extent it seems abandoned. It lacks a lot of maintenance.

The hotel is well located, clean and the deal is good, what I dislike and that in all the hotels in Acapulco is the excessive charge… For what they offer it really is too expensive…
