Bad service, dirty room and in the end they want to charge you for the wash. Terrible attention from the receptionist and the waitress. We had a bad experience and didn't recommend it at all. On the mattress there was blood, broken towels, stained pillows, dirty sheets and very cold air conditioning and they never listened to us to get him down.

The service by the staff is crap the hotel is deteriorated is super expensive, they charge you for towels, they do not let food be introduced, the air conditioning does not work, the bathroom looks like a public bathroom, they do not have good Wi-Fi, they do not have their own parking, the rooms have bedbugs and as they sanitize them and the mirrors are very dirty and but my family and I had to change rooms why in the ones we had at the beginning had bedbugs 😠😠😠
We arrived at the hotel at 11 and the entrance was until 4 in the afternoon they did not let us pass nor things 😕
Lousy service and very expensive 😠😠 you can do practically nothing.

Worst experience ever had to literally stand in line to check in for 45 mins. The rooms were nasty had a water leak had to call 3 times to have someone come in to mop it. Remote controls didn't work and you have to leave a deposit for them b. S. Bathroom was in bad conditions. Seriously this place sucks so much that I cant even keep going about it.

Don't come to this lousy hotel, nefarious receptionist, a separate crappy hotel charge you dearly.

El hotel está en terribles condiciones, las habitaciones tienen los muebles mínimos, pero ya están muy deteriorados. Algunos contactos eléctricos no funcionan, al igual que algunas cajas fuertes, frigobares, extractores de los baños, luces, etc. Los elevadores no están en buenas condiciones, las luces de los pisos no funcionan. El restaurante es barato y el buffet está bueno y bastante completo, los alimentos tienen buena calidad y buen sazón. Este es uno de los puntos favorables de la estadía. La amabilidad del staff del hotel y del restaurante es el otro punto a favor, ninguna queja de eso.

A hotel with excellent attention, comfortable and clean rooms, a good sized pool to enjoy with family or friends.
The location is the best as it is right on the side of the main den area and bars of the port.
In case of going as a family you can go for a quiet walk to the handicraft market or even to the Plaza de la Diana.
I will return to this hotel on my next vacation.

The overall service of the hotel is good, the rooms could have better AC, the restaurant needs more variety, the only good thing is their swimming pool and that the beach is accessible from the hotel.

One star is a lot for the conditions in which the hotel is located. Deplorable facilities, everything is old, dirty. They charge for everything and there are no ways to pay as they put many obstacles to any form of payment. Horrible rooms, at a very high price compared to the services it offers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

From our Ingres we got a huge list of us, no water, no food, no horns and a number of restrictions that we did not like, nor in the pool any of that, only what the hotel sells, not return, many guests complaining, was not a good option, we had six days and we had to go to different beaches and in the pool they ask for deposit of 250 pesos in cash for each towel requested.

It'S a Pesimo place. Nothing familiar you find people staying without education, adults having sex in front of minors without being able to some in the pools, people embriagandose, men harassing the girls in the pool, people without respect for the others. Lousy experience.

The air conditioning medium cools, the room has in the entrance a space where well would be a room but is empty… It's a little weird, in your rules you can't put food or drinks in the hotel, it's a little uncomfortable.

Without mentioning that the elevator broke down and we were on the ninth floor.

Budget Hotel and with good attention although lack of maintenance, I had to live an earthquake there and on that side without problem, no noises were heard or received in the construction, seems quite strong.

If you want to economize it is not a hotel for it as it has many restrictions. You can't get fed, no drinks, except bottled water and soda, not ice-buckets and you leave $200 deposit for the controls.

Fixtures in rooms very old, need replacements, make the whole room look old and dirty, in some they have A/C upgrades but you can see where old unit was, mediocre repairs on walls. Service leaves a lot to desire.

Great location, pity of the facilities so old. There is no parking, so the hotel should cover that fee. It has cockroaches, the sprinkler designed for people of 1.50 cm. The pool service is horrible (non-existent). Only cleaning people do their job well. But you can't ask for much from a cheap hotel.

Gaucho Restaurant is Worst place I've been to in Acapulco. Would highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

I change rooms three times and each time these rooms were in poor condition there were mold on the walls The rooms were horrible not what they say in the pictures We finally got a decent room that was just remodeled and the charges 400 pesos more I was so mad and I told my wife if they don't give me a decent room I want my money back because I'm not going to stay at that hotel it's a roach motel I'm being nice giving them one star well the best thing about this hotel it has a beautiful scenery that's it what a piece of shit Motel I do not recommend this place.

It's not a brand new hotel it have maintenence but certainly needs more. The food at the restaurant is a buffet type, it's fine for the price (around $7.0 usd at March 17). Have a wonderful view of the beach and the harbour.

Its in awful condition, the music that is not in live sucks because is the same all the days, it doesnt have Wi-Fi, the time for being in the pool isnt enough the only thing good is his location and the bed with the coach.

Here vacationing and passed by the Gozadera, I'm from Miami so to pass by and be hearing bachata in Acapulco was surprising. The food was delicious and the owner was there asking questions, overall a great experience!
