Excellent Hotel, location, room cleaning, highly recommended.

I stayed there one weekend, the only thing that Gran Turismo has is the impeccable and minimalist design of its rooms and the beautiful terrace with the pool from where you can see the whole city, because the rest is HORRIBLE. The receptionists serve you with a very bad face, (zero to do with the treatment that a Gran Turismo hotel must give), the pillows looked like stone, (friends of Sognare, do them the favor and sell them some, LES URGEN), the sheets wash them with the cheapest and most current detergent, and they take out a rash, you hear EVERYTHING that happens in the other rooms (gentlemen, do not put couples and families in the same hallway, there are things that children can not hear).
Although they include free breakfast, the restaurant is very small and you have to wait up to more than 1 hour.
To be a Gran Turismo hotel you have to improve many things, starting with the poor customer service they give you since you are received.

Lousy service… the staff of x fact that we know which services the hotel. They were limited to say which room we corresponded… We stay in a Master not had cable, and never went up to check despite the fact that the report twice… I don't recommend it.

Esta ocasión me quedaron mal. Es un muy buen hotel, limpio, el desayuno incluído está excelente. Sin embargo por un tema de una tarifa que no me respetaron, que si me habían dado y facturado hace 2 semanas. No me dieron habitación. A las 11:55 de la noche me dijeron no le doy esa tarifa y lo siento. A buscarme hotel a esa hora… Caray el servicio esta vez no fue el optimo y seguramente no es toda la culpa del que da la cara en la recepción, si no también de sus superiores ya que de acuerdo a lo que me comentaba, se apreciaba que le tenían pavor. A buscarle seguramente hay muchas opciones en Querétaro.

Buen hotel cerca del centro, mi opinión es el cuarto es un poco chico y simple como para ese precio, la comida y el desayuno excelente muy rica creo lo mejor.

The wife does not work the TV with few channels and bad signal the restaurant regular little attention and regular food Pesimo q the bathroom has sensor and does not turn off the fan very noisy q people get the cars very attentive. I think Q should improve the attention in reception and restaurant.

Great service! But need privacy in the room because there's no wall to divide bathroom, the door of the shower is translucent. The pool needs a safe stairs.

The hotel is old, but rooms are fully renovated. Thefore, the "inside" of the hotel facilities look better than the outside. Two small lifts, but price for a king-size bed room is less than usd100 — — depending on the dealer of your choice. Restaurant cost is a little high for this type of hotel, but food is jot bad and plenty. The cost/ benefit ratio for a business trip remains positive.

Buffet service much to be desired. In the case of ours for having right to service of the room we had no good attention neither of waiters nor of the person who will prepare the eggs to taste dopes and Quesadillas is totally Descartes. And asked if we weren't from some tour group that we were going to take plates and cutlery from the other end of where the grill was.

A decent hotel located in Queretaro, right next to the Alameda Hidalgo Park and not far from the city centre.
I was allowed to call this hotel my home for 2 weeks.
The staff are (as is apparently normal in Mexico) all very nice and polite. The breakfast is very good. For example, you can put together a Omlett freely according to your own ideas. This is then freshly prepared.
Furthermore, every day there are all kinds of hot and cold dishes at the breakfast buffet. The dinner is not outstanding, as the city centre can be reached by 500m walk, this is not bad.
The hotel has a very nice Skybar, which offers a wonderful view over the city, but was unfortunately closed during my stay.

The family room is spacious and pleasant. But it has details that bother you like the little toilet space, the excessive noise of the toilet flushes and the steam from the shower goes into the chamber. There are also many contacts, so if you go with young children it can be dangerous.
In the restaurant the food and or attention is good, they always have everything on the menu.
The terrace has a great view. The downside is that the pool water is always cold.

The screen is not good and the bathroom smells sooo bad all the time, nor would I stay there for anything in the world.

It is not the first time I stayed in this hotel and was precisely for the good service of this, this time was different arrive almost at midnight the person who attended me said I had my breakfasts included and even made me sign a few passes to introduce temp Rano in the restaurant denied me the entrance I went to the lobby and mention them and there were my passes and I brought the extra person who obviously charged me truth, I got several arguments and because I was disappointed.

Good service, however it would improve the programavuon of TV (functionality, menu) and the space of the restaurant since it is insufficient.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is really great, you want to have breakfast very light or heavy. The rate is very good as it includes breakfast. Excellent.

I recently went to this hotel and really overlooked all my expectations, it is a very elegant place, and the attention is very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. It has all the services from the basic to the most demanding. Something that I liked was that despite the price that is too acceptable even so they offer buffet breakfast with unsurpassed quality. I must point out that its location is very centric as everything from the historical, the tourist and even the fun (bars, clubs and others) are very close.

I loved their food in restaurant. Especially the lasagna super Riquisima and very attentive, but the truth you can not rest in the bedrooms because it raises many people wing terrace and is very noisy. It's very hot in the rooms.

Very good location, because it is in front of the mall and super close to the center, very safe. Amazing view from the terrace-bar. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with Wi-Fi.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, a warm service and an affordable price, right in the center of Queretaro.

The beds are very hard like the pillows. We were not provided with other pillows and you can't sleep well. The room is very noisy.

The hotel was Very comfortable and the rooms were Very Good. (The shower and WC Are separate) and the smell of a pipe. For the rest well:)

An Excellent hotel, we tried a suite Jr. And was the most comfortable, the only bad thing is that the television signal never worked.

Without doubt the best hotels with the best location possible in the center of Queretaro, excellent treatment during our stay, excellent value for money, 100% recommended.

Check in was nice enough, valet parking also… Rooms tidy and quiet internet not very good however (5th floor) hotel seems fine for a night or two…

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue decente, la comida buffet me gustó variada y con buen sabor, sobretodo la barbacoa, de igual manera la habitación cómoda y buena ubicación del hotel, lo que no me gustó fue el comportamiento del personal que al llegar a hacer check-in al hotel, entiendo y respeto que digan a las 3 sea el check-in, pero que al dar las 3 te vuelvan a mandar a esperar y digan si en un momento le hablamos, lo cual no ocurrió hasta que vuelves a acercarte y te manden nuevamente a esperar para atender a todos antes que a ti cuando llegaste mucho antes no me agradó, por otra parte el check-out dice en su política de privacidad que esta en la puerta del cuarto y recepción del hotel hasta la 1 y que desde las 12 ya te estén corriendo diciendo que máximo tienes para salir 12:30 no me parece correcto, tardaron el darme acceso y terminan corriéndote antes. Tampoco me agradó que el personal discutiera y se quejara de otros inquilinos y problemas que tuvieran en público, creo que el lugar adecuado sería en alguna oficina.

It is a very good hotel. It has breakfast included, pool, jacuzzi. But, the bedrooms does not cancel noise, AND the attention is bad.

The room would have been good if there hadn't been a weird smell. Wi-Fi worked fine at first but then started acting up. The breakfast buffet was decent. The "gym" is a complete disappointment though.

Super service and attention, all mega central. Highly recommended! A thousand x thank you for your hospitality!

Very bad for your bar as the day of today, nor ever did keep some guests happy to leave it open till the end of the fight the justification of so absurd is that neither the light they will spend, Fortunately I was recommended by the hotel steps forward the great imperial with a terrace very accessible and great attention of the staff nothing closed and with options for that tonight, vere the fight in that hotel.

I really don't like the hotel, it has an expensive price per night, though personnel is no the more friendly and the beds are actually bad. The air conditioning was cracking all night so I couldn't even sleep well. The only nice thing about it is the restaurant with great food. I'm not coming back, they can improve the experience.

Near this hotel, there is a huge park in wich you can run, walk. The attention of the personal, is very good.

Well located. Our purchased included buffet and it was ok. Clean rooms and the hotel is very well located.

The room was modern and clean. The gym was enough to get a good workout in. Breakfast was crowded but good. Location is great for tourist because it is right across the city park and close to the city centre.

I was staying with my wife for one night in transit from San Miguel de Allende to Mexico City. We've been very pleased, it is an excellent hotel in relation price-quality, lofty. Comfort in the rooms, in modern and pleasant system of bath, in bed, in the pillows, in every detail of the finishes, in the treatment of the staff, the facilities, everything. A hotel is obviously renovated but in a way sublime, neat and in good taste. I have to say that is the best distribution ergonomic of the rooms that I have seen in a hotel of your type. Without doubt would return to the same. I recommend it widely.

The hotel is really nice. The beds are comfy compared to most hotels around here and breakfast was good. The only thing I can complain about is that the staff doesn't smile even when you greet them and the TV audio is too low even when you put it all "full" volume. And the whole restroom/shower ordeal is a lil awkward cuz you either have to change in the shower or in the tiny restroom or in front of everyone staying in the room. Lol besides that it's a pretty good hotel.

Didn't tried the pool, but the room and also the included breakfast were good.

It was considered that the cost vs. Value of the place does not warrant it.

The hotel is new or newly remodeled, but the rooms look modern. The price is above $1, 500 for two people. The attention is good and the location even better, is located a few steps from the attractions of Queretaro. They have valet service, Wi-Fi, weather, pay tv, etc.

Very good for conventions.

It has details that air conditioning does not work and that the valet requires you to tip, clean you the room only by encimita. The truth is that it serves only to sleep and go.

In this hotel everything is OK. Peroooo the waiters and the waiters head does not know the Word tip and up all bother… total if not you like her so that not the hagan. Presionan much to the guest with the tip… almost you require and with getas… one that guilt is that they have to work there… TIP DEFINITION EYE.

Very rich breakfast which include and I like to save light using proximity sensors, just change the furniture of the bathroom which has a single view mirror in the back and I had to wait the hour and 1/2 to get my stuff in the room because door veneer is left without a battery.

Very good hotel, everything new and very rich wings.

It took forever to get my room. Had to wait 3 hours for then to clean it.
