The hotel meets the decription it presents. Basically it is a Hotel with hot water, free parking, and a restaraunt. It has a workout facility, but we didn't have time to use it. The room could offer more for the price. However, It is basic at best. I say it is an OK place.

La comida en el restaurante del hotel Mirabel es de las mejores en Querétaro en cuanto a su relación calidad/precio, y su pastel de chocolate es el mejor de todo México. Tienen muchas opciones de platos fuertes, aunque el único pero que les pongo es la poca variedad de ensaladas. Aún así lo recomiendo muchísimo.

A good place to rest, the bad thing is that it doesn't include buffet, or entertainment center.

The hotel has an excellent ubicaciom in the center of the city, has only half a block the stop of the Qro bus which allows the guest to move to any area of the city in a fast, safe way. The service in the hotel is good, most of the staff is very friendly and attentive. The beds and pillows in the hotel are nothing comfortable. This hotel is an excellent option if the lodging is for a few days. But if the stay is for several weeks the tiredness for the lack of a good rest is reflected…

Miss Denis's reception was cold without good afternoon or welcome. There was No TV since they have been changing the net to HD the Internet very bad. 8 years ago we stayed at this hotel and came back for the service so nice that we had been offered on this occasion despite the diversity of hosting services we decided to repeat and it was disappointing the reception service.

The hotel is fine. Excellent location in the city. The historic centre of this beautiful city is only a 10-minute walk away. I stayed in a simple room. Clean and generic, without a lot of details. The Internet, however, does not work. Trying to surf the net is a very frustrating experience. On the other hand, the restaurant has good service and a Spanish cuisine of very good standard at very decent prices. The Galician-style octopus is very tasty and is one of the classics of this hotel, owned by Galician businessmen.

Excellent place to stay, for breakfast and dinner is always recommended on a business trip or pleasure in Queretaro.

Well-lit Lobby, spacious and modern-looking.
It has parking in the basement, well lit and easily accessible.
The price seemed to be in line with the area.
The room is spacious, clean, well lit, and no street noises are heard.
The staff is very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is very good and costs $165 per person from Monday to Thursday and $195 Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
But…
You listen clearly when they put the card in the neighboring rooms as if they were wanting to enter yours and if they close with a slam it seems as if someone had railed against your door.
Now it's a funny anecdote but when it happened, two times, I got tremendous fright.

The breakfast buffet is great, the cuts for the dinner excellent. They are very unfulfilled with the laundry delivery schedule and they go 3 times on different visits, obviously they give ME rooms that are already allocated. What a terror for those who are already inside.

Great attention and comfort, we were given the support to hire from there the tour of a day by the route of the cheese and wine, also for the night tour of Legends Querétaro, excellent location and parking space.

Located centrally on the edge of downtown, this hotel is fairly modern and very clean. It's not the biggest hotel, but there's a good amount rooms and the price is fairly affordable. There's 5 floors of rooms with a restaurant next to the lobby, plus a gift shop. The room itself is nice, the bed is comfortable for the most part, the pillow alright, lighting okay, but also depending on which way the room faces, you could get more sunlight. There's a TV with a lot of channels, but they're all Spanish, you get a free bottle of water every day. You get soap, shampoo, and Kleenex. Air conditioning worked. The only thing was that they ignored the do not disturb sign, so I'm not sure what the point of it is if they're going to open the door no matter what, plus the extra lock is useless since they opened the door with it locked. Around, in the immediate vicinity there's not much to eat, but if you walk a few more blocks there will be more options. Downtown is a long block north, the mall to the east, a Mercado to the northwest, and not much on the south side. The cross streets can be busy, and there's busses that run through the area/street… but there's no information at the terminal/stops. Taxis are usually plentiful, as is uber.

Try to be European by expiring in the gaudy, Wi-Fi slow restaurant that leaves to be desired.

Very central Hotel in front of the Alameda de Queretaro. Excellent restaurant with average/expensive prices. Comfortable beds and good Internet. Winged connections of the bed to the cell. There's always hot water.

It is clean but the service of cable did not work, the door of the bathroom did not close well and it opened itself, I went to breakfast and on the way back we found the door completely open and nobody knew to tell us what happened, but already the things we had in the car and because nothing missed, but because the security in that aspect I did not like anything, parking is small and almost always is full although there is valet I do not like to leave my keys.

The hotel was nice, our room was clean, and the price was good. The lobby area was pretty and the front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. We used them to call cabs and for questions about things local. They had free Wi-Fi, which was nice. We didn't try the restaurant but walked through it and the food looked delicious. They offered a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. I hated the pillows, that's the only negative thing.

Great location 20 min to La Bodega Padel Queretaro.

Good central location and comfortable, only the front desk staff need charisma (all) there is no one just nice to clarify that they are not rude only very parcos but it is only my opinion and the smell of cigar is strong throughout the hotel more not within our room.

Good place I eh stayed at this place on several occasions and their service is always the same, I highly recommend it for work, or for vacation.
It has excellent view and good location a few steps from the central Alameda and one block from downtown.

The hotel has good maintenance, the rooms are spacious and features amenities. The staff is friendly and has restaurant and service in the room although their costs are not the best. It has parking but it is a little reduced. The location is good and the cost per room is reasonable compared to the area.
I could give 5 stars but they should improve the isolation in the rooms as the hotel is in an area with traffic and this can cause inconvenience if you are sleepy light, for everything else I think a good option.

They give good service. The rooms have all the basics. In the evenings the birds fly around the building in flocks and it looks great.

It is a very comfortable place, with an excellent location near the historic center and with a Qrobus station on one side. Access is simple by constituents. The restaurant is very good.

Rooms are super clean and comfortables however the Hotel needs to add to the rooms; sofa, mini-bar and work table.

The hotel is very good. The room was very clean. The food is excellent at a very good price, and the staff treatment is spectacular, very friendly and willful. Also perfectly located. This is my third month of stay at the Hotel, I know what I'm talking about. Don't forget to meet the captain, the head of the restaurant, a gentleman.

Las calidad de la habitación es excelente, cuenta con salones para reuniones y gimnasio, el restauran es muy bueno y tiene precios accesibles, ubicados frente al parque de la alameda en el centro de Querétaro.

Los cuartos se encuentran en buen estado, con todo lo necesario para pasar la noche, los elevadores no son lo mejor, cuenta restaurante, servicio al cuarto y estacionamiento que es muy necesario por la zona en donde se encuentra el hotel.

It's a considerably affordable hotel, near Queretaros downtown, it is clean and the guest service is fine, it is not fancy but it works for sleeping, needless to Say beds are confortable.

I stopped here because I was looking for a good parking near everything but I was forced to use the premises so I had lunch at the restaurant and it's hightly recommended. Excellent variety and service at a good price, very comfortable in airconditioning environment.

Nice place located nearby the center of Querétaro. It's location right in front of "La Alameda" on Bernardo Quintana Is a place with lot of access routes. I'm here for Christmas and the bad thing is the lack of space on the parking lot. The place does not have enough space so it is a pain to park. Services are good, plain, which makes a good place to sleep and start your tourist ventures earlier next day.

El hotel se encuentra frente a la alameda, el personal es muy amable, de muy fácil acceso, las habitaciones están limpias, el internet funciona muy bien y la TV por cable está bien, me agradó mi estancia en este hotel, muy recomendable y buen precio.

A magnificent hotel, facing the Mall! Is very easy to get to it. This well connected. And it is close to many important places, even if you don't like you walking then not choose this hotel. The buffet is expensive but delicious. The rooms are a bit small, but OK.

In general the price is the best and the cleanliness of the facilities.
