Excellent treatment and service delicious breakfast.

Lousy food service leaves a lot to go for. They offer you what they have, you ask for it and there isn't! That they are finished. 🙄😪 Noooo I recommend it. Abysmal.

There is no hot water, it is not possible and more in this month, I asked the receptionist and she expressed that since she left the electric power there is no hot water and that was no problem with it.

Stayed there for my Cristeros Pilgrimage with 206TOURS. Very warm & welcoming place.

What a disappointment. I was overcharged by mistake, I spoke to clarify the problem, I was told that that same week they would deposit, it has been a long time and the manager who took me no longer takes my calls. Bad service.

Well in general. The stay includes a breakfast buffet which is not very varied and if you stay a whole week you will notice but all the stews taste good. The rooms are spacious although the mattress is somewhat hard. The staff was very friendly and friendly. The bad point is the small parking lot, if you are late you will have to leave clogging your car and the keys at reception. The bar is very full. I recommend the Cecina pizza but no lettuce.

With the closure of an old cinema known as Cine Vera. Q Best we could hope was a good proposal to supply this building and its beautiful magnitude and visual beauty achieved its mission, giving Lagos de Moreno a comfortable place to accommodate tourists.

Be careful if you are going to stay at this hotel, the front desk staff passed an extortion call to a room. They made believe that a criminal group had taken the hotel and wanted to get the guests out to extort or kidnap them. Very careful because either they lack much preparation or may be colluded.

Good service The food is of good quality and good taste, besides having variety for tastes of all the people, with good visit to the church and the park.

Was a very clean hotel, room was very nice and appealing. Hoever bed was rock hard, and shower wouldn't get hot.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias y buenas, tiene todos los servicios incluido clima y TV de paga. La comida es buena, incluso el desayuno incluido. El unico puntl negativo es em estacionamiento, bastante reducido, pocos lugar, difícil para estacionar. Todo lo demás es muy bueno. Y queda cerca del parque de la ciudad y varios cafés y restaurantes.

All the staff in very friendly, that makes up for the outdated of the place if you remodel it would be excellent.

Muy buena ubicación, muy limpias las habitaciones pero el baño olía a drenaje, muy buen Servicio, rico desayuno. El único detalle es que nos tocó la habitación con vista a la calle y las cortinas son super delgadas, por lo que entraba la luz del sol muy temprano.

An excellent hotel for vacation or business trip, pleasant, comfortable, Central, nice variety of food in the restaurant, well maintained rooms and laundry service. The employees are always friendly and attentive, they provide security and comfort. They have a gym on the top floor which is very convenient.

Good place to stay in the nice little town of Lagos de Moreno overlooking the parish for the comelones as the morning buffet! :) :D.

Formerly very good hotel, but already know the change of management, came up the costs and charge you for parking even if you are a guest, and besides don't you reserve your place and the parking lot is always jammed, in a matter of a shower, water comes out either hot or cold when you want to shower, and besides there is no pressure in the water, when before if there was pressure, and to close with a gold brooch, to 6 a. Nice hotel in the centre of Lagos de Moreno, the included breakfast is good, but the restaurant is very small and if you don't arrive early you must wait.

I highly recommend this hotel is very central and excellent service.
I also recommend their new coffee Lindo Lake which is located in the lower part of the hotel.
