First time I was hosted in this place. He regularly hosted me in chain hotels but as there was no availability, I had no choice. As a form of feedback, I recommend replacing the towels in the bathroom since I got one with a big hole. Also check or if possible change the onion or shower head as it throws horrible water, it flies everywhere but the body. The rest, all excellent. Invited to stay again.

A unique and different hotel, in an excellent location, the rooms with an exclusive decoration, they distinguish their customer service, friendly at all times, parking, a concept that invites you to come back! Staff Is very friendly, I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but it's free. The room inside is very nice and elegant. It has A/C, small fridge, microwave. It's about 5 minute walking distance from downtown. They even offer me an umbrella when it was raining. I will definitely will go back.

Rooms are very clean. Decor is modern with some very cool architectural features and the staff is very friendly. However, bathroom lighting is very poor making it hard to shave in the morning. Nearby dogs could be heard barking all the time making it hard to fall asleep. No elevator. The neighborhood seems a bit shady and it stinks outside.

The room is small and cozy, pretty good to rest. It is very central and has parking at 50m.

Loved that place. I highly recommended. It’s one of my personally favorites across Latin America because of its simplicity and good taste. It’s in fact a cozy, small, very elegant place. Just perfect to stay for a long period or just for a couple of business days.

The rooms are comfortable and friendly and the staff very attentive. The downside is that you will hear any detail of the adjoining rooms and hallways. If they manage to correct it it will be an excellent hotel.

A small hotel in the center of the city, about 5 minutes from the pedestrian area and the beautiful district of San Juan de Dios.

Quite nice and cozy, very well developed with a concept that attracts you, taking care of details in its spaces complementing with attentions and kindness of a good lodging. Promo prices are just unlike those handled by them somewhat elevated but it is a quality boutique.

Excelente ubicación, servicio, atención, incluye desayuno, es solo huevos, jugo y café, pero it's something, lo único malo horrible es que escuchas el ruido de todas las habitaciones, te vas a despertar a las 7am aunque no quieras porque se escucha todo el ruido del mundo y te vas a despertar todo enojado debido a eso.

Is a very personalize hotel!

Super father all over! I loved the rooms and institutions in general… elegance, comfort and comfort. They are in excellent location in lion. As an observation they should vary a little bit from the menu … I find that the 5 days offered me egg in all their presentations, that is very rich but they could use an equal menu, simple but with variation!

One of the best hotels I have been to in Mexico. Otelo is the historic centre of León but housed in the noisy area. It is a very cultural place, inspired by the Teatro Otelo, with a modern, functional decor and a very homely atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We spent here 4 nights and the truth is that we feel as good as in our home. It has a library to read, relax or work as it was my case. The Internet connection is fast and has cable TV.

A great place to rest. And if we add that it has a library. You of an unparalleled experience. (Of course for those who like reading. )

The room was great. The service was great. And the breakfast, so far has been the best ive had in mexico. The surrounding area isnt the best, but its only walking distance from a plaza.
