Excellent hotel, I stayed for two nights, it was the first time I visited this hotel and I found it very nice and comfortable. It has A Wi-Fi signal in the rooms. Very central.

It is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and the truth always exceeds the previous stay. This time I do not put 5 stars why the pool is out of service, but if you get free transfer to the other Holiday Inn to use the pool of the other hotel (approx. 4 mins by car). The service is very good and the facilities in excellent condition.

Esta ubicado en el centro de León frante a la plaza del calzado de piel, hay un restaurante dentro con room service, igual hay un mc donalds al lado, las camas son muy comodas, la habitación esta bonita, todo limpio, con aire acondicionado, tv, internet y una cafetera en la habitación, tiene alberca techada, mucha seguridad en el hotel, estacionamiento subterraneo, muy buena opción para hospedarse.

Buen servicio en general, diría que las habitaciones necesitan mejor iluminacion ya que solo tienen lamparas.

Very friendly staff, the facilities are pretty much new. Right in front there is a place to eat which is quite cheap. Although they should be careful that the staff have clean the lobby area and the dining room.

Good Hotel Central and has pool the elevators and need change made rooms and bathrooms remodeling but unfortunately in mine is the water out of the shower.

Ir is very good hotel, since it was remodeled ir looks great, ir has a polo, restaurant, bar, cafeteria. Has good service.

Location is perfect if you are visiting Zona Piel. Tons of shops! The hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom a little bit tight but overall great rooms.

Very nice hotel with good service. The breakfast is very rich and the beds very comfortable. The business area is not the best but it works very well for emergencies. Only downside, the elevator came to take a long time and feels insecure.

It is a very pleasant establishment to visit with ample spaces for meetings, besides being a point of sale for the tickets of the Palenque of the fair of Leon 2018.

There is no coordination between the staff: they did not respect the original reservation, they charged the breakfasts, when they were included in the cost, the room service does not work. The quality of the rooms is good but the service can improve.

Excellent room, problems every day with the key, it was unscheduled for no reason, a hassle going every night to reception to schedule it again, it happened to a colleague and I, on same occasions, was not isolated events.

Many staff members are bilingual, and speak English well. Indoor pool. Reasonable rates. Near University and shopping.

Overall experience was nice! Kind staff and clean rooms. Hotel is well located. The key rooms did fail several times and had to be coded again. They were constructing something and therefore was a little bit noisy during the day and I wasn't able to take a nap : (

It should need a renew maintenance: the pool is without windows and very "dark". The breakfast was very poor and without a real food quality. The TV channel choice not too wide and the feeling was like to be catapulted into 80's. I do not feel to suggest it at all.
