A nice and centrally located hotel! Our room was very clean room and the staff was friendly, bilingual, very helpful and professional. You made our travel to Leon, one of the best experiences ever!

Staff was great! We arrived very early from the airport. After being awake all night traveling, they were able to check us in right away! It's close to the stadium, which was great because we walked over to see a soccer game. They have free buffet breakfast and parking is very secure. The only negative was the bed, it was way too small.

Not the best service by night, the kitchen service closes early. When we arrived the door keys were not working. Location is fine, near restaurants and stores, close to relevant places in the city. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

In the restaurant, the food was delicious and tasty with an excellent service, I'll be back as soon as possible.

If you are traveling to Leon I highly recommend this place! My family and I enjoyed every moment. They have great staff and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and it makes you feel like you are at home in the United States. They have a free daily breakfast, Mexican style. A climate controlled pool and a free shuttle service that takes you and picks you up to local attractions. The hotel is walking distance to Leon Stadium and is located directly across the Art Museum, which is free. It is located directly across from a bank that does offer currency exchange.

Good morning The hotel is well situated and the facilities are great. The room is well maintained. Entertainment on television is non existant for english speaking geusts wich is very bad seeing ons spends many hours in the rooms. The breakfast is not recomended and is very poor for this standard of hotel Compared to older hotels such as fiesta Inn. Therefore I will rate the accomadation a *** star but breakfast * star. Customer service is not as good as in other reputable hotels in the same area. Every time I stay there there are always problems with the room key or the room itself and I change it. Outside of that are fine the facilities.

It had to be Hilton. Very comfortable, not the most spacious rooms, but if of the most comfortable. Includes breakfast!

Not all the staff offer good service, there is a lady in the kitchen who told us not to offer tortillas that for that was the bread of the bar, instead we told the waiter if he could bring us tortillas and we would gladly brought them. This at breakfast time. In addition to the buffet is nothing varied, same every day.
On the other hand the comfort of the rooms is great and the maid service great.

A pretty nice place. Clean, careful, aesthetically beautiful.

The only negative and rather negligible detail is that, when I arrive by bicycle, they do not have space to chain it and do not take responsibility. But nothing serious or hopeless.

Clean, secure, spacious nice rooms include safe, refrigirator, coffe machine, iron and board. Free Wi-Fi thrughout for guests. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner (from 16:00). Decent food selection, not amazing in my opinion.

Is a good hotel for it's location is on the Adolfo López Mateos Boulevard and offers confortable rooms and also have a gym and a swimming pool.

The ancillary staff are great. Management is terrible. They do not supply water in the rooms and when you ask they charge you.
Worst Hampton Inn I have stayed in and do not intend to go back. Better options available.

Terrible customer service. The manager at this hotel did not care about helping us when we made a mistake on our booking and tried to cancel a second night 24 hours in advance. They lied to us and said they would authorize our refund to Expedia — but when we left the hotel — they denied the refund. They are more concerned with $$ than a satisfied customer.

El hotel cuenta con excelente ubicación, principalmente si el objetivo de tu visita es ir al estadio, sin embargo deben cuidar los sanitarios de las habitaciones, al momento de bañarte se salía toda el agua, además que deben prestar mayor atención al desayuno buffet (falta personal y la comida insípida).

I was filming a documentary this weekend and they were kind enough to let us film the street from a high floor.

It is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. The restaurant service leaves much to be desired especially in the afternoon and evening. The breakfast buffet has improved.

The worst pillows of Guanajuato, and possibly Mexico, suitable to spend a night of horrible sleep and not to rest if that is what you are looking for in a hotel. The restaurant is a farce, the letter is limitadisima and the portions are miserable. To please is cheap and central. And cool.
