Recommended. All very good, the staff with very good attitude of service, the food, the plus: the panoramic view and the shuttle service. Some improvement point for example complete furniture (mirrors, comfortable, closet/wardrobe in each room)

Staff very friendly, the room very clean including the bathroom, the view of the room excellent, towards the center of GTO!

Expensive but very good and personal attention.

The service of the employees is very good, they strive and deal with the little they have to attend you. Nothing they show on the internet is real, it is very old all, are 115 stairs counted to reach the hotel, the rooms leave a lot to be desired, dirty savannahs, no fans, do not give the complimentary chocolate, the room "truffle" is next to the Restaurant and from 6 am is a scandal for the employees who are talking. The lousy mattresses, you sleep in springs. As a suggestion should put an elevator inside the hotel that are another 25 steps minimum to the first room and many others if you are in another room, must meet the expectations of the people, only put professional pictures. Outside of that the breakfast included is very rich. They charge too expensive for what they give and their location, the hotels in the central garden are much prettier and cost literally half.

Very nice hotel allot of friendly people and nice atmosphere. Beautiful view of the city of Guanajuato. Everyone is nice and everything is perfect love this hotel and the workers here speak English.

Very nice Staff but the Hotel is on the edge of the City. You get better Hotels for your Money in the center. I could not find the connection to chocolate and the Hotel — maybe the dark rooms? there no character and our Room was very loud because it was close the reception. It could be a lovely Hotel but not for that price. Also the City is nice so better stay in center.

Beautiful cozy place, warm and with balcony, beautiful view of the basilica, the facade of the university among other beautiful constructions of multicolored dome.

Very good view, very quiet and has parking. The downside is that the transportation they offer to take you to the center has a cost if you want it right away, it's only free at certain times of the day.

The breakfast is inedible, the bedding is synthetic and rough, in the shower comes a splash of water and the little water that comes out is not hot, the TV does not work. The view is beautiful. But It's far from being a 4 star. Very far.

An excellent service, its employees are dislived to serve you and offer you the best, your recommendations are accurate and always very attentive, the room Godiba is the best, is very wide clean and suitable for a couple or small family, the view is spectacular, in Summary is a highly recommended place, closed eyes would return to this beautiful place.

This place has nice hospitality. You can park your vehicle on site, not like the hotel's in downtown, where the parking lot is in a private sector. You receive free transportation to downtown as many times as you like; and free pick-ups. There is a restaurant within the hotel and late night room service. Excellent, historic rooms!

It was a nice experience, but didn't really like the location.

Very clean and wonderfully located for a spectacular view! … Warning… the neighbors have Roosters (you know male chickens) … they crow all night and day… if you are a light sleeper could be a problem …

Very good service and excellent view :) the food very rich and perfect for those tourists that only seek place to get to rest. At 4 min from the Centre.

We stayed in December, very spacious and clean rooms with a view of the main square, the reservation made it by phone super good restaurant very rich, even got us a chocolate ♥! There is Wi-Fi, hot water, super close to the teatro Juárez but you have to climb many stairs on purpose; super recommended!

Excellent location and a beautiful view of the city totally recommended.
