Excelente trato por parte del personal, las instalaciones son de lo mejor, las terrazas muy pintorescas y vistas unicas.

For those who don't speak Spanish: This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in my entire life (including US hotels). It is certainly pricey, but I can assure you that you won't regret the experience. Like they say: "you get what you pay for" If I could give a 6 star I would.

Excelente hotel boutique y restaurantes ubicados en el centro histórico de Guanajuato. El hotel boutique cuenta con dos restaurantes y un bar. En el piso de abajo uno especializado en desayunos. Unos pisos más arriba está un excelente restaurante, probablemente uno de los mejores de la ciudad, para comida y cena (abre a las 14hrs). El costo por persona puede rondar entre los 300 y 500 pesos, con una excelente relación precio-calidad. Por último, en una terraza con vista panorámica a Guanajuato en un último piso, está el bar. Cuenta con excelente coctelería y un nivel de música ambiental que permite disfrutar una conversación.

Absolutely horrible service. Not cooperative at all and with a bad attitude. We waited for over an hour to get our food. Taste and presentation was ok, but way too little, particularly taking into account the steep price (approx. 300 mxn) and waiting time. It left us longing for some tacos. In addition, the moment our food was finally served, the waiters said we could no longer order any drinks as the bar was closed (at 10pm! ). Instead of catering to the needs of the clients, the waiters were mainly checking their cellphones. Such a waste of a beautiful restaurant…

I only got to visit the sky bar "La Bartola". On the way there you get to walk through the hotel and it looks incredible. The bar (which is atop the hotel) overlooks the whole city, while there we had great drinks and got to see the sunset, also the. Whole city coming to live as every light in the streets went on light by light.

We spent two hours waiting for the food and it came cold. The dry meat, the very salty pork belly. We never come back.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in a luxury suite and it was beautiful. Great, spacious shower with excellent water pressure. Ugh, I wish I was there right now. Breathtaking views and excellent location within walking distance to many of Guanajuato's points of interest. We had an amazing time there. The service could use some improving. They only had one server (who was very attentive and nice, but it was only him serving) at the rooftop bar and we waited long for our orders. Also, there were some loud, drunk young kids around, who seemed to be related to maybe a manager or an employee because they were behind the bar, changing the music, getting their own drinks. They didn't bother us that much, but it did get a bit loud after a while and nobody told them anything. It's a romantic, tranquil place, so management should maybe address that. Other than that, this place is amazing! We had a great time!

Hotel Boutique in Guanajuato with excellent facilities, very nice rooms and a restaurant with very rich food. Recommended a bar that has in the top of the hotel with good cocktails and excellent view.

Very nice place, excellent atmosphere. The view is spectacular, mainly at night. It's not cheap at all, but it's worth knowing.

The food leaves a lot to be desired but the deal is very attentive and friendly. It is also annoying that you can not climb coffee or some dessert from the restaurant Al Skybar, something ridiculous.

The place is super nice to go to eat or have a coffee without so much hustle, come and visit the bar overlooking the city is called Bartola!

We had a lovely breakfast late morning. The food was excellent. I love the tea selection. We had wonderful service in a gorgeous setting.

Amazing place with beautiful views of the city. Spacious rooms, everything in perfect state and a staff always willing to help.

The rooms are spectacular and the price is worth very good service and the food Delicious.

This Boutique Hotel is absolutely amazing! The most wonderful experience my husband and I have experienced. The city is beautiful and this hotel made our stay even more beautiful! Everyone — this a must! Evy&Fran uzcategui.

I went for breakfast and the service is efficient. I think that you need to taste the food and offer salt and sauces for one to take what you like. The bread is rich and the atmosphere pleasant because there were no people.

Good place to hang out.

Excellent place to stay. Lovely rooftop views with an infinity pool. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Comfy beds, huge shower, rooms are designed with strategic lighting.

I did not use the hotel service, only in the terrace bar and the garden. On the terrace the Bartola delicious drinks, excellent view and very comfortable. The garden is well but the letter is very poor and there was no pasta, so q could not eat and do not take up food from the cafeteria, so we went.

The new hot spot of the City of Guanajuato, excellent interior design and great service.
