Very good attention from all the staff.

Lousy service, rude and discriminatory. I don't recommend it.

Lousy service don't clean the room where I stay I was treated as a felon, had a flaw in the system and that reason is not given to them to first communicate with me, I am resting and get into the room to check the room, lousy service, for what they charge, you should not pass that the “according to” have a branch of starbucks inside and the staff is not trained to prepare the drinks a fiasco of hotel.

Excellent services the best personal I really enjoy when the manager take the time time to talk to you and asked you if everything is okay.

Lousy, terrible place. The attention is deplorable. At check out I attended a Rocio and had no idea how to generate the invoice. He argued that he had no system. After 20 minutes we asked to speak with a manager and she said "like for that gentleman? " in a rude, haughty and descortez manner. Today I'm still waiting for my bill. If you go to Celaya I recommend you abstain at all costs from this hotel. The house Inn is the best there is. Best regards.

It is in Celaya. The hotel hace a free parking, small pool and bar. New and beautifull hotel, with big rooms. You can breakfast buffet and eat and dinner with a small cartel. The food is very rich.

It's a good place to ospedarse. Also this very close to Liverpool.

The best hotel in Celaya for business, in front of galleries, lots of fun nearby, I would definitely go again.

Today, January 17th, 2018 I arrived. To my room and had not done housekeeping in the room, when I called the front desk I asked for this to what the young lady responded to I did not know, and I found incompetence on the part of her in the same way I only requested water to what she replied that I could not take her to My room that if I wanted to go down it, I like the hotel I like the food but this kind of situation left me a bad taste in my mouth and hopefully they can take letters in the matter. I hope to improve and really very unfortunate.

Clean rooms, excellent service and the best part… they serve Starbucks! … also, everyday you get bottled water for free on your room!

Very good condition of the hotel, the service at the start was not good because there is no button service and no one helped us. Very good breakfast.

We have stayed here on many occasions. This hotel is newer so it's very clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are are pretty comfy which is hard to find here in Mexico. The breakfast buffet is ok. We most likely will be staying here whenever visiting the area. Hemos dormido aquí en varios ocasiones y esta nos gusta porque es limpio, nuevo y las camas están cómodas. (es difícil encontrar camas suaves mientras viajando) desayuno esta ok. Planeamos quedar nos aquí en el futuro.

I stayed two nights. But the second day they didn't clean me up. But I found it at night there was nothing to do.
The second day in the morning where I had breakfast, outside was a dead pigeon and took to clean it.
Outside of that was good breakfasts.

I love this hotel that interest you know the holiday INN is better this than the IT holiday IIN.

It's a comfortable place. Excellent location, quiet, clean, friendly staff… visit it in Celaya, GTO. I liked it.

The place is excellent the rooms very comfortable and the staff very friendly all the time, eventhough there was an altercation with the water they knew to give a quick solution and to compensate it, very good resting place.

Nice place and very comfortable, the only thing is that there is no room service so if you want to eat at room you have to take it from the restaurant yourself.

Excellent place, big rooms, everything very clean and tidy, the 4 stars is because it's missing a bit at the restaurant, specifically the breakfast, don't have much from where to choose.

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones nuevas y muy confortables. El personal administrativo tiene unas atenciones muy amables y respetuosas. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, a sólo 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Celaya, Guanajuato. No obstante, tiene la plaza Galerias Celaya prácticamente enfrente. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y gratas. Sin duda un buena experiencia si se decide visitar Celaya para cualquier tipo situación. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

Very nice hotel and breakfast was really good.

The rooms are of first level, is spacious, clean fresh and very comfortable, it is to feel like home or even better. Always traveled with my family, we are looking for a Hyatt hotel as a first option, is fair for what you pay, you're not going to regret it.

The only bad thing, is to cross the street to get there.

Excellent care from all the staff. With your philosophy to make you feel at home, one is very comfortable. Exactly in front of it is Plaza Galerias Celaya. The hotel opened in October 2016, so it is in perfect condition. ¡Recommended! As a tip… make a reservation from Expedia or any portal similar.

The very nice hotel, very good service and all new. In addition, the first day I had problems due to allergies, I asked for help and they helped me in everything I needed very fast. Very attentive.

Great hotel. Staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. One of the best breakfast selections ever had at any hyatt including the Renaissance. Can't say enough about the staff.
