The breakfast super delicious, the staff are very friendly and excellent service, I recommend the place to spend a nice day.

Clean modest place. A/c, But our room had wooden shudders instead of windows. You hear EVERYTHING & EVERYONE outside. Very difficult to sleep. Dog barking every night.

Very quiet place. Great restaurant!. It has no beach but you are given diving and snorkeling services. There is a place in front of the hotel where you are given a food and drink service in front of the sea, the hotel is not facing the sea.

Used to be a nice relaxing place to stay. Still great rooms, grounds and staff. Balcony room views of the ocean are one of the reasons we have stayed here for over a month each year for ten years. Even have a balcony view of the grounds/palm trees/reception building with oceanfront as my phone and computer screensaver. Sadly they started to have the small open air pool side restaurant where most of the rooms overlook to be taken over, and now everyday there is a disjocky playing excruciatingly load horrible music Disco bumm bumm at the pool. It is so loud we can no longer can sit on our balcony, rest in our rooms the music vibrating into the room even with the balcony door shut. We can not comfortably enjoy the grounds and ocean view, relax pool side or simply sit and talk over a drink on the grounds anymore. Some days the pool and hot tub are so overrun with non hotel guest we can not use them. The pool which used to be clear but now is cloudy and dirty. It is a shame that this lovely local garden beach hotel is being abused this way! It has lost it's charm and appeal with this "disco invasion " The hotel guest who come year after year and whom we met and continue to see here year to year are no longer looking to come back. We have asked for it to be changed back, but see no hope for this! I feel a personal sense of loss and am unhappy that my hard-earned vacation time was ruined here!

Actually visit the restaurant of the hotel Villa Blanca which is called shawls and is delicious the food that there prepare, in addition to the treatment that is excellent.

I love this hotel. Been going 40 years. Old charm. Huge rooms with great service. Dock across street. For going on dive. Great courtyards.

I stayed there four years ago. Small Hotel but very comfortable. The pool the Jacuzzi and the bar are the best. Opposite is the Villablanca reef for those who want to dive.

Older hotel catering to divers. Rustic rooms, very basic. If you just want a bed and shower in a location convenient to several dive operations this will serve. Nice garden courtyard. Small bar and grill on the grounds. Small but clean freshwater pool. Tepid "hot" pool. Tennis courts.

Very clear bad attention the people of preference to foreigners all this in English in water is not hot, Wi-Fi does not serve the refueling 3 times never listened to me and got a cockroach.

Horrible service. The workers yelling at each other in front of the customers. The Receoción sucked. They should improve their dealings with the customer. Instead the excellent facilities with Jacuzzi pool and lawn throughout the common areas.

Arrival/Welcome: Average. Room: Does the job. Pretty old, could use some updating. Amenities: Great pool area. Restaurant: Great options, friendly service. Location: Good for divers since it is between downtown and the marina. 40 min walk to downtown, so definitely not good if you're not diving. Others: Very quiet. Weak Wi-Fi.

The room smelled old. And they need to work a lot on housekeeping, it wasn't disgusting but I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't want the time to get to sleep, the TV's old. The only nice thing is the garden and the pool, the friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable, and really pretty grounds. George and the rest of his staff are fabulous. Arturo, is your host at the restaurant, and he's a great source of information on local culture, not to mention an excellent raconteur. Stay here. You'll love it.

I personally think this is the overall best place to stay in Cozumel.

If you want to see the island and not just a resort this is the place to be. And if you wnat to stay in a night or so the restaurant is good also.
