Very comfortable beds but lacks maintenance to the room, such as the bathroom shower dripping despite being closed. It has no pool and for what it is it is a bit expensive. Although if you have a fairly central location talking it is close to where the boats are and the view is nice.

Even though I dont reccomend to stay more than 1 day in cozumel. If you decide to stay… do it here! Very good attention. Breackfast was delicious.

It's close to the ferry and you don't have to take taxi. You're in five minutes. On foot. It's very comfortable. And clean you have near the center. And other attractions.

A nice place to be in family or partner, has good service. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good.

The best value hotel I have stayed at. Extremely cheep, but not 5 star status.

Suites Bahia is a quaint, clean, well located Inn in San Miguel right on the water. Beds are comfy, AC works and the staff are friendly.

It has always been good service but on this last trip Bath objects like soap and shampoo are recycled or not changed.

Good place, I liked being there. The rooms are air-conditioned, with TV and Internet. They just don't have a restaurant, but they didn't send it to a nearby place.

Perfect location, clean, they offer breakfast in another hotel one block away but is tasty!

I stay here regularly. The hotel is conveniently located and close to restaurants and shopping. I travel solo to Cozumel, and go scuba diving. I feel safe staying at Suites Bahia. There is a frig, microwave and they provide utensils if you decide to buy food or snacks from the Mega Store. Breakfast buffet is provided at no extra charge for each guest at Casa Mexicana Hotel two blocks over. It's a great place to stay.

The crew is very kind, the rooms are comfortable and big and the meal is so great! 100% recomendable!

I like this hotel for the cost and proximity to the square, restaurants, and dive shop. Rooms are spacious and clean with kitchenettes. This is not a high end hotel, no beach or pool. I'm a scuba diver and this hotel offers everything I need for the perfect dive vacation. Not all rooms have a view, you need to request one.

Friendliness and quality of service, pleasant climate and care.

Very nice for the price, upgrade to a room with a balcony. Rooms have kitchens with sinks, refrigerator and silverware. Beds are hard but you get used to it.

The cleaning staff stole clothing from luggage and rain leaks into the room. Buscas un hotel seguro y te terminan robando tu ropa.

Good breakfast. Room has dishes and etc microwave. Almost fully equip.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is served at another hotel (same owners) about a block down the waterfront and is top notch! I don't think you could get anything better at $50usd/night. Some cons: -The beds in our room were quite hard but I like a more firm bed so it wasn't a big deal. -The balcony didn't include any furniture which would have been nice. -The lobby is very small and gets crowded during check-in. -The bar opposite the lobby entrance gets a bit loud at night but they close around 11pm.

Good facilities, variety of packages. There is breakfast included. A friendly service. The hotel is located in the downtown part of the city just few steps from the Malecón.
