This hotel is just great. It was waaaay better than I expected, and I regret that we only stayed for two nights. Two story rooms, barbecue, clean and modern, free coffee. Perfect.

Owners are amazing! The condo was wonderful. Hotel is gated with a beautiful courtyard and pool! Would highly recommend staying here. Fabulous burger place just next door open Friday and Saturday nights! Thanks again for the great hospitality.

Central to San Miguel, only one block off the water, but insulated, private and quiet. The courtyard is exquisite and the pool is perfect for cooling off after a day touristing. The staff is very friendly and Jim the owner is very personable. The perfect get away for a laid back resting vacation, but close as all the big places if you want to do the whole enchilada. Nice outdoor grilling area plus potable water provided.

Love this place! Can't wait to get back to Cozumel! Hidden Gem!

Excellent hotel amazing staff very Central.

Charming villas tucked away from the street, makes you feel miles away from the crowds. Yet, hundreds of shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The villas are equipped with all you need to have a great time. We made use of the common area grill. Cooking up our authentic dishes with ingredients from the local market. The A/C is excellent. That, as well as, the cozy pool helps you cool off from a day in the sun. Very helpful staff to answer any of your questions or book transportation and excursions. We love the atmosphere. It is our home away from home. Safe, secure, and close to sooooo much! Only 7 units, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay in Cozumel. The hotel is listed as a three-star hotel, but for the price (~$70USD) it feels more like a 4-star place. Beautiful rooms with two floors (and a spiral staircase! ), tasteful artwork and textiles in the rooms, hot showers (sometimes hard to find in Mexico! ), and powerful AC. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly gracious and helpful; Carla was very informative of where to check out a good dive shop just down the street, and they did my laundry for me same-day for only 50 pesos! (Normally it is 100 pesos, but I had so little that they only charged me half. What service! ) If I find myself back in Quintana Roo again, which I fully expect, I will be looking to stay in this hotel again.

Villa Las Anclas is one of the best places to stay anywhere, especially if you're in Cozumel for diving. The hotel is actually eight two-story condos close to everything in town yet quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, dive shops, any type of shopping you desire is a few steps away and the ferry pier is a short walk if you're coming in from Cancun or Playa del Carmen. A very international clientele frequent here and there's always someone interesting to meet. You just can't go wrong and the price is right, too!

Hotel villas. It is composed of a few duplex villas (entry, kitchen, and living room downstairs; and toilets on the floor). Very bright and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning works fine, as well as Wi — Fi and TV. There are storage and everything is clean. Near the Center, very convenient (5 minutes walk to the fery). No stove in the kitchen (just a coffee maker and a microwave) but the barbecue is available in the garden. The fridge works fine also and had been implemented prior to our arrival. In short, great!
