Very good breakfast. You can order whatever you want. Juices are great. Very nice place in central part of town.

Great beds and breakfast!

I love the location of Casa Mexicans Cozumel. It is located close to the main square, restaurants, and shopping. When staying ocean side we could see the cruise ships dock. It is a great place to stay during scuba diving adventures. Stayed here several times.

In downtown close to everything but quiet. Very clean and confortable. Delicious breakfast bufett included.

The room was spacious but smelled of lock-in or damp. The furniture was a bit worn out and the mattresses quite sunken.
The location is good five minutes walk, from the ferry station ⛴ and also five minutes from cruise terminal. Near the center of Cozumel.

Nice hotel. Great towel animals, friendly staff. Pool is a little small, about the size of an extra extra large hot tub. The water is warm which is helpful. The rooms are cleaned early which is nice as you can come back from diving to a clean room and new towel animal.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent location near shops, restaurants and activities. Clean rooms with fridges, a/c, balconies and in-room safes. Nice water views from some rooms. Pool is extremely small and shallow. Decent buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and juices. Overall excellent value for the price.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Booked a flight, a shuttle, and a room at Casa Mexicana through Apple Vacations two years in a row and have been pretty happy. Had a check-in issue last year but it was really smooth this time around. Staff it's friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have nice balconies. Bed and pillows are comfortable enough. Free breakfast is pretty good — something for everyone. They have a nice pool and bar on the main floor by the lobby. My favorite thing is that the tap water is purified so we don't have to worry about getting sick and can fill out water bottles before heading out each day.

I’ve been staying at the Casa Mexicana for 15 years now. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and professional, in a great location for a great price. Also their morning buffet is yummy!

Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The pool is sort of in the lobby so we didn't use it. Also we had a city view room which was not a good view at all. Location of the hotel was convenient though.

Casa Mexicana is absolutely the best place we have stayed in while in Cozumel! Everything is very clean and the breakfast is outstanding — we love it! We consider the entire staff here as our friends. They are all wonderful and always willing to help. We absolutely love everyone here! It is like “a home away from home”. There is not one thing we would change with this hotel — it is great! To the entire staff, we say “thanks for all you do! ” We have made many wonderful friends and we treasure the friendships.! We look forward to returning each year and reconnecting with the staff and the many friends we have made.

Great location and super friendly staff. We spent 4 lovely days here. Breakfast is great. Location is near lots of shops. Wait til after 4 pm to go shopping when the ships leave. You can negotiate better deals. Taxi stand right outside front door and the dock to Playa is a five min walk away.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. We got a room on the top floor overlooking the sea, and the view was lovely. The breakfast omelette to order is a nice touch. A little bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth the money.

There are several hotels that work together with Mexican house in Cozumel, for their position the prices vary between them. Mexican house offers breakfast included and is very good. For those who come to do the Ironman Cozumel is a very recommended place.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good quality breakfast buffet… lost and found: by a change d and room my perfume was "left in the other room" call reception the next morning to report it, they found it and returned it to me. Good hotel.

I went to the buffet breakfast of the place and I found regular the chilaquiles smoothies, no variety in the sweet bread, no variety in the ingredients for the eggs to taste, the staff very rude, nothing friendly, maybe the only decent thing was the coffee.

Rooms were OK, nothing special, and curtain was bad so lots of light in the room in the morning (east-facing window in most cheap rooms). Breakfast buffet was nothing special, but in Mexico for this price just having a buffet is a bit special. It's right in the city, walking distance from ferry and car rental, and has nice sunset view from the small pool area.

Perfecto! Enrique at the Front Desk was awesome. We had last, last minute reservations due to a medical emergency on a Carnival Cruise, and he made it work. Great accommodations, friendly staff, and international mix of guests.

Walking into the hotel lobby felt like home. The hotel and grounds were exceptionally clean, our room was spacious and had a beautiful ocean view, the staff very warm and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. We will most certainly stay here each time we return.

The Hotel is very clean, the room is spacious with a comfortable bed. We have a great ocean view room for a good price. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is awesome. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from where the ferry drops you off and the Mega store is also a 5 minute walk away. They have a few Canadian bank machines (Scotiabank and HCBC) there so it's safe and easy to get pesos and anything you may need on the island. There is no beach at the hotel so that is the one drawback from some of the bigger resorts. All in all we would be very happy to come back.

Such a clean nice little hotel. We came to scuba dive and the location is perfect. The dive shop is right down stairs and the boat picks up right outside. You'll have plenty of energy for diving after you file up at the included breakfast (cooked to order omlets +huge buffet) yes please!

I cannot even begin to express the greatness! The staff, rooms, food, pool, and bar was excellent! Beautiful place to stay and sit on the balcony to watch the sunset!

The accomodations at Suites Colonial, one of the sister hotels of Casa Mexicana, are wonderful, quite, within walking distance of bank, laundry, gym, grocery store, restaurants. 7 minuet leisure walk to a giant buffett which Casa Mexicana provides for Suites Bahia and Suites Colonial. Meats, casserole dishes, omlettes prepared to order, fresh fruits, can make smoothies, cereal bar, juice bar. All of that is great but the staff is the most wonderful part of all. Always there to great you and help in any way possible. Couldn't be more pleased with our choice and will only stay here on our visits.

Great rooms that are clean and nice, good Wi-Fi, plenty of power outlets. Center of the tourist row where cruise ships come in, so very safe and accesible location. There is currently construction going on at the terrace, but the rest of the hotel looks great Incredible ocean view from room.

We coming here for years! Great place to stay with friendly staff who will do anything to make you feel comfortable! The breakfast it's to die for — best omelets in town. Fresh fruits, Mexican breakfast etc. Casa Mexicana is a real nice and clean hotel! Close to town and great restaurants!

Very good service I liked very much the breakfast the best pool I liked.

We stayed there in 2007 on a dive trip and loved it. It was just a block or so from our dive shop, Aqua Safari, so it was very convenient to everything. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with juevos rancheros freshly made just to order and the dining room is open and airy with lots of natural light. The white stucco architecture is really cool with various levels of patios overlooking the main street of San Miguel. One with a pool I believe. You enter the hotel from the street via an escalator. Our room was nice and comfortable, clean, and air conditioned. We had a street view, but we spent most of our time walking around and dining out every night at local places, so that didn't matter to us. They had a little bar on the patio where you could enjoy the sunset if you wanted to. They also have a very cool room you could go in to get online on a computer and there were several of them. I'm sure things have changed by now and they might offer Wi-Fi. The staff and service were great. I would go back and stay here again.
