Excellent service, very efficient and friendly.

The rooms are spectacular. Very comfortable and cozy. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel are very clean.

Very good service! Luxury bath products, very nice fifth, I liked it very much. For my taste it competes worldwide with other hotels where we have stayed. Congratulations.

All very well except for dinner q was cold and the meat too dry. I couldn't finish my plate. I think q so you can charge you can improve a lot and the tables were full of soda bottles from before starting the event which much shows the presentation of the table which could look very elegant.

Nice rooms and amenities. Bathroom was not clean. Towels and bed sheets were stained or dirty. Not expected for a hotel rated as upscale.

I went to an event recently. The event was a breakfast and was associated with a expectaculo and had well established times. Despite S6aber this did not serve the meal on time and we were literally running out of food.

Spacious rooms, good service, excellent location for the workplace, Costco supermarket right in front, very safe area.

Excellent facilities, very good service, very good restaurant and its location is very adequate. It has ample lounges for any type of event.
The cost per room for the instaalaciones and the service they provide I find very but very adequate I highly recommend staying at this place at any time of year.

The service is excellent. The only thing is they need to repair the electrical connections. In the rooms there are contacts that do not work.

Quinta Real Isabel is one oficina they bestia hoteles un Saltillo Coahuila México, overprice for a 4 starscream hotel, but un the other hand the service is good, food is also expensive and average.

No está centrico, pero si tiene acceso por vias muy rápidas, asi que eso no deberia ser un problema, arquitectónicamente es tan atractivo que fui a investigar que era sin saber que era un hotel, solo por el gusto de visitar el lugar, una vez adentro no los decepcionará

Not worth the price. Wi-Fi service is terrible. Food not great and overpriced. Last three times I stayed my bill had extra charges. Check in and check out takes a long time.

Very fancy hotel, but too close to the train tracks. Unless you're a sound sleeper you'll hear the train horns 3 or 4 times a night.

Very expensive for the old hotel, this "elegant" but very old, the bathroom dripped from the ceiling. Very old furniture.

Until the moment very comfortable just that I did not like that someone will enter my room at 8 pm, they thought I was alone and shouting apologized and left, unless there is cleaning service at that time but everything seems to indicate that the staff has bad habits.

Excellent hotel, great rooms with a ver mexcan design. It lacks valet parking, just park in front of the entrance, it is ok to do that.

This place is pretty astonishing. The rooms are gigantic with a walk-in bathroom and a very nice hot tub. Double beds are the way to go if you want your luggage to feel comfortable. The staff is very helpful and respectful. Will be saying here again in my next visit to Saltillo.

We went to a dinner dance in the ballroom and the place and the service provided was excellent!
