When I checked in, they told me I’d need to change rooms today.

Beautiful hotel in the tropical forest. Clean spacious rooms. Clean bathrooms with hot showers. You can wake up to sounds of the jungle birds and howler monkeys!

Very nice treatment, very equal.

The spacious room and TV with netflix were nice to rest up after a long trip in to San Cristobal. The staff seemed nice.

We rented the B'atz studio suite for 3 nights and it was perfect for my husband and I. We didn't cook, but the cozy kitchen had all the essentials and it was great to have filtered, drinking water.

Incredibly beautiful… a delight for the eyes, details in the decoration that you cannot stop admiring… super friendly staff, and very convenient location… one of the most beautiful places I have

Very comfortable air conditioned rooms, free parking and Wi-Fi, excellent view and access to the ocean and wonderful restaurant.

Everything was perfect! The suites are super cozy and beautiful. The service was great, all questions were answered super fast. I had a massage which I booked with the hotel and it was also great!
