I loved this hotel, it was thirty minutes from downtown and this would be its only flaw. The history of the place is fascinating and each of the objects will remind you. Super clean and attentive and discreet staff.

What a hidden treasure! This place is SPECTACULAR! Beautiful is the only way to describe it, from the rooms to the hotel to the landscaped grounds. It is not in the historic old town, but only a short drive away. But it feels like your own private hacienda. It is definitely worth a stay for the ambiance alone. Would highly highly recommend!

The Hotel Hacieda Don Juan is a place to stay very interrsante, rustic style, very friendly, relaxed atmosphere to rest and reflect, no noise from the outside as there is a considerable distance from the street to the reception. Since you arrive at the hotel you will find well-manicured gardens, fountains and many antiques. The price is acceptable. As data to be taken into account is that it is very far from the center so you need to use car or public transport and finalmemte the restaurant is not worth.

Excellent service and very nice room. If it gets cold at night you can ask for the firewood charge for the fireplace.

Great place, simply amazing… Truly one of the best hotels I've ever been.

It is a beautiful hotel, but the services are of the worst, the weather is very cold, it has firewood, it lasts about 20 minutes and it costs $30.00 pesos every time you turn it on and the hot water in the bathroom is finished very fast, the tours are not met are blocked halfway and you want to sell them the next day for the same price.

Nice hacienda-style hotel of the Mexican rustic; Spacious and comfortable rooms, very cold for my taste they have a chimney that did not serve for the firewood they used, the shower the hot water is a very small expense and without pressure, not the cold one that if there was pressure and good expense; When mixing the cold water was higher and there is no warm water.
But overall it's okay.

Decent place, the floors were a bit dirty but beds were comfortable. I would have given it a four star but they have no word. We called to book a second they and they took my name quoted me a price and told me they would hold my room but when I got later later in the day it had been rented out and they had no more space. Don't trust these guys you maybe left out with out a hotel like we did.

Beautiful place. As soon as you get to the hotel it seems like youre transported back in time. Breakfast is delicious and hospitality impecable. Totally recommend it.

Very nice Hacienda. Comfortable and clean rooms. Recommended 100% we will come back again. Kitchen only from 7 am to 11 am and from 6 pm to 11 pm. Very affordable price. Near the center of the city. The hotel is personal.
