Es un lugar cómodo. Algunas habitaciones tienen una vista panorámica impresionante de la ciudad. La atención es muy buena y también el servicio. Si buscas un hotel económico, definitivamente este no es el lugar. Realmente es un hotel elegante en muy mala ubicación, a mi parecer. No cuenta con estacionamiento amplio dentro del hotel. El beneficio de hospedarte en esta nueva cadena hotelera, es invertir para ser parte del club, como otras cadenas hoteleras nacionales e internacionales y así se verá un verdadero "ahorro". Muy recomendable para aquellos que viajan de negocios frecuentemente y tienen la posibilidad económica.

My friendly and helpful. The hotel is very father, picturesque. I would not recommend it for people with heart problems or any health problem because for the most part of the rooms you have to climb stairs (a lot) and is pretty tired. Of course that is just part of its charm and distinction because it has a wonderful view. Food very rich, traditional and gourmet.

Excellent hotel! the view is breathtaking from the terraces and some of the suites, specially no. 8! the staff is friendly and helpful. Well located, just a short walk from the city center and from the bus terminal.

I was staying in this beautiful hotel this week. Everything wan excellent! The service, the amenities, the food, the attention. Want to thank to the lovely crue : Doña Paz, cristina, Arturo … Lovely place! Don't think twice.
