Starting with the location of the place, it's amazing, right in front of the ADO terminal. Comfortable and very clean facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food has good prices, abundant portions and good taste. The pool is small and it touched us very clean. They have Karaoke on the side.

We booked the Hotel the last 2 days before the 5 days adventure in Chiapas and Guatemala. The service and hospitality made closed with a golden brooch, the menu of the restaurant was very good and the warmth of Mr. Marco (Waiter) we loved.

Good value for money but room without window overlooking the outside a bit murky… Restaurant of the hotel very average. Nice pool.

Nice place and great location but the employees at the reception and the restaurant are just not there to help and you are forced to pay tips for a lousy service. I had a reservation and almost left the place due to an unfriendly receptionist. There were 3 other receptionists just standing there and talking to each other and totally ignoring us. There was also a guy that was right at the reception window, acting like my bodyguar without to saying a word. At the restaurant there was a waiter that seemed upset about what he had to do. As a consequence, I had to pay for it. On my second day I met Jorge who was the only one that really helped me for the entire stay there. He did make my stay much more comfortable. If it wouldn't for him, this place wouldn't get a star from me. If every employee was as friendly as Jorge, I mostly would recommend this place to everyone.

Basic hotel with friendly staff. Close to restaurants. Slow internet (but that might be true of all of Palenque). Beautiful pool.

Quiet and tidy hotel with a nice small pool. Friendly service, good food. The archaeological site is a few kilometres away but that makes your stay only more restful. Good Wi-Fi connection.

The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and functional. The hotel is very clean. A karaoke bar integrated in the hotel is especially good. It is also possible to hear any Toillettengang of the neighbors, as well as the trolls arriving at night or the street noise in the morning etc.
Longer stay not recommended.

Simply gorgeous! The staff are super friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere feels 5-star! Ignore the cry babies here complaining about Wi-Fi and courtesy, they are staying in a 4 star hotel in Mexico waiting on New York/London conditions. Save me from the ignorant wanna-be neuvo rich!

Beautiful place to have a family vacation, The restaurant have an authentic and delicious Mexican food and the customer service is excellent. We stayed for a 7 days and never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

The staff are honest and great people, an excellent deal and the facilities very nice and neat, the style very cozy. I just suggest the sheets and blankets are less rough. The service of excellent restaurant, good prices and great deal. I commend you enormously for your qualified staff, make you have a complete and rewarding experience!

Nice hotel but rooms could be better.

A good hotel, the rooms are comfortable and simple, the hotel has a restaurant a small pool, palapa and bar. The rooms have fan and climate has a safe, flat screen and an iron burrito with your iron and the bathroom has a tumble dryer and the essential that usually a bath for the needs of each one.
The pool has a timetable of 9:30 to 22:00 hrs.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The internet works well to which there will be no connection problems.
100% recommended.

3 star but that doesn't tell the real story. My favorite hotel in all of Mexico. Full of character and great service. Beautiful Mayan stelas and frecas. Highly recommend. By far the best in Palanque.

Comfortable room, reliable Wi-Fi, nice pool. Location leaves a little to be desired for evening activity away from the hotel, and the food only gives the gentlest of nods to Mexican — far more geared to a tourist (low chilli tolerance) palate.

Hotel really not terrible room quelquoque
Small pool overcrowding the only advantages are the proximity to the bus station and the closed parking it is necessary to know that Palenque offers little to see that only one hotel of good level.

Very comfy hotel that offers a pool and a bar with a restaurant. Haven't tried the food yet but the service is very friendly. It is just a 10 minutes drive to the ruins of Palenque. I would recommend the hotel with no doubt.

Is a nice place, hace good service and a beatyful garden.

My first choice in Palenque after many visits. The decor of the hotel is fascinating, as have reproductions of the steles found in the archaeological area and are of very good size, here one can observe them calmly and seeing details that cannot be appreciated in the archaeological zone or not with so much calm. The breakfast is very complete and the cooks have very good seasoning, you do not need to seek out where to eat in the morning before heading out to explore pyramids or cascades. The hotel has a closed parking lot so that is a very good option when one goes by road and is afraid to leave only the vehicle and all the luggage.

Great location. You have restaurants in a walking distance. It has a pool don't forget you bathing suit.

Palenque is famous because of the near archeology area and this is also the reason why many tourist are here. The hotel itself has a restaurant, a pool and clean rooms. The problem with the rooms is that you don't have a window which gives you a view to the nature but to the hotel hallway. Wait, that's not the bothering part, because of the weather you would choose the aircondition before opening the window. The bothering part is, that if you leave the curtains open everyone can take a look into you room and even more annoying is the fact if the guys come in late in the night there is a 50:50 chance they wake you up if they walk along the room. But overall the rooms are good and you can stay there for 1 or 2 nights The people at the reception speak english which is a plus and are helpful when you need something. The restaurant offers breakfast and everything else. Okay it's not a 5 star but who needs that anyway, the waiters are friendly and fast and the food is okay.

I recommend the Karaoke, the times we've gone with my friends, we had us very well.

Rooms are very simple not bad but I miss them a bit.
